We wanted to buy some fish.The door was chained and the owner came out and asked "if I let you in are you going to buy anything". I asked him, without even seeing what was in the shop, how can I answer that question. Then he let us in to have a look but because of his unprofessional and unfriendly attitude, we have decided not to buy anything. I don't recommend going to this store. We were made to feel really uncomfortable.

Love this place, lots of fish to look at and choose from. It is small and wheelchairs may struggle as would pushchairs, but on the whole a pleasant experience

Please be very aware of the returns policy. We needed a basic submersible pump to replace our broken one but were sold a pump with lots of extra features, a product over and above what we required. Due to our inexperience we trusted the advice given by the knowledgeable owner. When we realised the pump was not what we needed as it required the purchase of additional equipment to make it work with our current set up (which we inherited when moving house), requested a refund but it was declined as the product was not faulty. Do your research, we've learnt the hard way. We always shop local to support local businesses, but buying online is the way forward - a like like replacement of our broken pump at half the price, with free delivery and a no quibble returns policy.

A lovely fish shop with a nice variety of fish and accessories. We were greeted with a smile and the whole experience of choosing a tank and accessories was great. I would highly recommend going. Thanku for a great experience.
