Exceptionally pleased with the recent purchase from Haynes Trucks, Great advice received from the team, excellent knowledge of their product. Claire went the extra mile not just for the sale but afterwards ensuring our full satisfaction. Worse experience I've had in life with any service.
They took my van in February for a warranty repair. After 5 days of waiting for parts, I decided to get my van back as I couldn't work without it.
After two months they called me to say they have this part, so if I hadn't picked it up then I would have been without the van for over 8 weeks.
Then they booked me for repair on Friday, the guy said it would be 3h work, today is Tuesday and they haven't even touched it, it's unbelievable for me because I can't work, I have to pay for the lease and I losing a lot of money every day.
Whoever answers the phone trying to sell different stories.
One guy said the van was on the ramp and would be ready this afternoon and then in a few hours the lady said we hadn't even started….
What can I think about it.
Please stay away from them as possible

Went there for spares. Very poor parking. Qué of 3 people's Infront of me .Waited over 40 minutes as only one person serving. So that person had to go and get the spares do the paperwork and take the payment .The people's in front of me only had one item each. When it came to my turn I wanted two windscreen trims made of some sort of plastic price would have been £108:00 so I decided I will refit my old ones. not impressed with the service.

Firstly I had a truck booked in for repairs on a Thur but it broke down so was taken in on the Friday a week before it was due in. I had to explain 5, 6 or 7 times what the issues were. I received a call on the Tues and they said it was ready? on questioning what had been done, they did not seem to know what was completed? I again explained what work needed to be done and even followed this up with an email asking for an update - 5 days later still waiting on a reply from the email!!

They hardly ever answer the phones so on the Friday I went into the office, I was told it was done and they just need to raise the bill - this was at 10:30am so I asked them to call me when the bill was done so I could collect.

At 15:30 I still had not been called so I rang them and luckily got through I was then Snapped at with a reply "WE SAID WE WOULD CALL YOU WHEN THE BILL WAS READY" mmmm this was 5hrs ago how long does it take to raise a bill? Saturday still no call 24hrs passed so I went down there again and guess what the bill was still not ready!! After a 30min wait the bill was done manually, I was not given a copy - told this will be sent by email!! and not all the work was done as they were still waiting on a door loom coming from Italy with no ETA as they can not track it?

This was booked in 2 weeks ago? On top of this there is damage to the rear of the truck where it has been scratched -

Awaiting reply from email
Awaiting a call to collect truck
Awaiting paperwork from bill
Awaiting part from Italy - No ETA

Needless to say AVOID - poor poor customer service never again

Traded our old nissan cabstar truck in for a new Iveco Daily due to its 3.5ton towing weight. The sales service from start to finish was impeccable. Claire in sales did everything she said she would without any fuss, to me this is a rarity in vehicle sales. To the point that two truck dealers in Teesside have now lost my trade. Well done. Truck is spot on.
