MAN Nuneaton

Truck towed in under warranty last Friday evening, now the following Thursday mid-morning, although yesterday I was promised that the were scheduled to start on it yesterday late afternoon and would be ready to collect on Thursday evening/Friday morning I have now been informed that they have not started on it yet and may not until next week. Can only get to speak to service reception, the manager was supposed to call me back and has not bothered. It's only for an oil pump! Simple job! But have to flush system for at least 24/48hrs. Eventually, I received a call mid morning Thursday to say they would do it that day and deliver it back to us on the Friday??? I have 3 of these MAN's due for renewal, guess what I will NEVER get again.

One star is too kind the only thing good about this place is the office staff. Popped in for a service which took 8 hours

6am Monday morning, trying to get wagon back after the weekend and it's all shut up. Employee comes about 6.15al opens gate drives in and shuts it.. Sign on gate says 5.30am..employee says 7am it's now 7.03 and there's a queue waiting to get in.. So first collection gonna be late then!
