If you choose to use truck East in Kings Lynn please make sure they do your work correctly we was left with a vehicle that wasn’t done correctly.
Not road tested correctly after work had been carried out. had no choice but to use the vehicle in a dangerous conditions. Please bear in mind they will not accept any responsibility for the work they carry out because when phone called and confronted by the billpayer who was very unhappy and upset that such a professional company could get the job so wrong they can’t handle the backlash from the bill payer.
We as a professional company made a decision 9 am Friday morning not to use truck East Kings Lynn anymore for any work as we cannot afford to be let down.
This has a knock on effect and only letting our customers down if we continue to use this outfit.
TruckEast need to accept buy them letting me down I let down over 300 customers and that isn’t going to happen ever again. After further conversations with other people within the industry Truck east Kings Lynn is mainly used for warranty work and I can understand why.
Manager seems okay at face value but loves sending emails after the event when your off sight.
Bottom line is Companies need to accept responsibility for their actions. Staff need to accept responsibility for their work they do for companies.

Due to a 'technical' issue had to go in to TruckEast King's Lynn this week. In the past I tried my best to not go there. What a transformation under the new regime, the whole atmosphere in the place is so much better and my issue was dealt with promptly so well done to all of the team at K.Lynn.

Came in for a brake test, was in and out in around 15 minutes, friendly staff and easy to find. 👍
