was supposed to have received my goods under next day delivery. 72 hours later after chasing them multiple times, I finally got my goods. No apology. No attempt to contact me to explain. 3 pallets of goods and one of them was on its side. luckily no damage. depot of year 2008/2009 according to website. what happened after that? fortunately I will not need to use them again.

I've been send by agency to work there. It is absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend. I told them that the I have a warning for brakes I've been told it is only amber is not red. Basically told to risk getting in prison.

I was supposed to receive a pallet of coal yesterday. Failed to deliver and when called because both my partner and I are disabled and have no heating was told by Harry “don’t play the disabled card my brother has autism and struggles more than you ever have.” Continued to be abusive and told me I would get it today. It’s now 6.30 pm and it has not arrived despite them telling the merchant it would be here by 4pm.

Hideously unpleasant and unprofessional company

Refused to deliver 1.5 ton load to the back entrance of a commercial property because apparently there is no way the lorry would make it to the back entrance. I’d like to see them tell that to the countless HGVs that deliver to both our business and the one next door week in week out. Absolutely useless.

Absolutely atrocious company. Basic communications are a struggle with these guys. Their drivers cause reckless damage to property, whilst delivering damaged goods not fit for purpose. The company has no integrity whatsoever, completely dishonest and untrustworthy.

Staff always do their best.
