Very very good caring lovely place to work at. I got a job here threw agency many moons ago in 2001. 4 of us use to work in the small unit packing plates etc. I was only young and had no confidence very shy too. They staff and managers supported me so much to gain confidence and believe within myself. The 3 months i worked here was the best ever in my prime years of growing up. The managers are very kind caring whom listen and go out of there way to support u. I will never ever forget the kindness/confidence/love i recieved here which helped me later in life. Bull headed firm and rude, broke our fence post £300 worth. As i did not see this at the time as I was helping the vehicle out of a small driveway( about 10 attempts getting out ) so he didnt do any damage to other properties .Sent massive tautliner to single track road . I have sent photos and 2 of my satff were helping me and they have given me statements still refusing liability . makes my blood boil - coupled with this they are rude .

Used this company for last 4 weeks shipping upto 10 pallets a week the majority of them are late being delivered. There even worse at collecting third party pallets to bring back to us. And the customer service manager is the rudest person I’ve had to deal with in a long time. There is no live upto date tracking service. They dont like taking calls to find out where the goods are and when they will be delivered and to top it off there over priced so good luck to anyone using them my advise it to look else where

Not the best looking yard I’ve been to seemed unorganised and in major need off repair also seems to be run not to well maybe why the place needs drivers wouldn’t recommend

Although delivery (garden compost) was fine when it eventually arrived, it was three days late. Promised for Friday. I rang at 4.30 pm and was told it would be with us ‘without fail’ before 10 on Saturday. No sign. Tried ringing but after 48 minutes on the phone listening to how important our call was(!) it cut out. Finally responded to a call on Monday and arrived in good condition however we had missed a whole weekend (and help) for digging in.

Absolutely terrible company, poor customer service from Zara who is just rude. They overcharged us and refused to refund even after admitting their error. Avoid at all lengths

Busy site one way system in operation. Good loading and unloading staff very helpful and friendly covid aware. Just near M65 few minutes away
