All staff management and admin are very nice and polite, however you need to be passionate as it does take time to get loaded , you could be waiting for a while for your turn .
If you can get before lunch time that give you more chance to get loaded faster and on your way because they are less likely to have collections in morning time 😉

Without doubt the worst place I've ever had the displeasure of delivering to. Do you love going to a yard to sit for 30 minutes and then be told you're in the wrong yard? Do you love playing "Hunt the person who speaks the same language as you"? Do you love being sent somewhere else then being completely ignored while they tip their own vehicles disregarding you 100%? Then this is the place for you. Horrid place

Do not undertake any subcontracting for this company. I have been chasing payment for an invoice which is 40 days overdue. Every time I contact to inquire about payment there is one excuse after the other as to why I have once again missed the payment run for the week. The accounts staff were very unhelpful,just repeating that nothing could be done till next time! Had to give one star as unable to publish review otherwise it would have been no stars.

Freight companies are bad enough at the moment without having to deal with attitude problems on the phone

Friendly staff the lads in the yard at both warehouses are great and tip and reload you quickly drivers rest areas not the best but hey ho you can't have everything.

You wait at reception to be book in. They pretend like noone is there. Ignoring as hell. Not customer oriented place, they call everyone driver. Doesnt even have the courtesy of greeting customer
