Worst delivery company I have dealt with, meant to come 1 day and turn up the next day. Suppose to be morning before mid day, you can wait til the evening. Driver or customer service keep lying everytime I called, keep giving fake time, will be with me 20-25mins, an hour later, will be with you 5 mins, wait another 30mins, will with you in 20mins. I’m still waiting now.

Rude staff, cannot provide an ETA, refused delivery just because the rude driver could not wait two minutes.

Twice we had deliveries for the same job .. both times they have given ETA and been 3 hours later .. I am sitting here wait for delivery that should been here at 3.30pm .. then they say I can have in morning or I can collect. Then they say 5/5.30 ... and have the cheeky to say they are freight forwarders not couriers ..well your service is very very poor!!!
