Great Reactive Service , Got Us Sorted Many Of Times !

Aggressive and bullying behaviour by one of the drivers.
After the driver mounted the kerb to force his way past. Resulting in damage to my vehicle. He failed to acknowledge and get out of his vehicle. And he just drove off.
Upon contacting the company.
I was repeatedly fobbed off. Being told they would look into incident.
After contacting them daily for an update.
Repeatably being fobbed off. Being told they hadn't time to download the footage.
(His dashcam footage would of clearly shown his bullying and aggressive driving)

Not the professional company you pretend to be.
You have a dangerous and aggressive foul mouthed driver in your company.
That is not safe to be behind the wheel of a hgv in the busy streets of London.
I'm still waiting for the return call with the outcome.

The guy driving the artic tailgating me towards tilbury dock 2 (40mph) shouldn’t be behind the wheel of a 44 tonner
He’s the type of guy that gives us professional drivers a bad name

Encountered the most dangerous driver on the A13 today 01/09/22 at around 08:55. Nearly caused an accident by illegally overtaking other cars. Pulled up behind me and started to intimidate me. He then started to do 56mph on a 50mph road.

Well done Brocks Haulage for hiring thugs!! These are the people repressing your company. Well done 👏
