Online MBT

After 5 other garages told us they couldn't fix the broken exhaust on our motorhome for several days (even though that meant losing days off our holiday), these fantastic people fixed it in AN HOUR. They are our heroes who have saved our trip. Thank you so much.

Terrible customer relations. They took our camper apart, unable to fix it and sent it to another garage more or less still disassembled. When we picked up the van, the electricals were no longer working - not the fault of the other garage, as the orignal problem was starter motor. They acknowledged my original complaint by never addressed it. It cost us a fair bit to fix everything that could have been avoided if they had put the thing back together in the first place. I don't even want to give them one star.

I work there so it can't be that bad

Great company with excellent customer service and service levels. After bad experiences with several different transport companies and networks, it's been a pleasure to work with MBT. Unlike other companies we've used in the past, the goods have always arrived in perfect condition and on time. I can highly recommend MBT.

My current employer, I like it and don't have any negative to say. Workshop isn't greatest but they doing their best, recovery department up to the task, tautliner and bulk doing their best.

Front number plate fell off our motorhome, one call to these guys and we had a new one printed and back on the van within 20mins. Excellent service on a Saturday morning. Nice helpful lads.
