The company doesn't even deserve one star. I phoned on Tuesday 31st July a total of four times. I spoke to a man on one of those occasions and a woman on one occasion, neither of whom would deal with my concern, I was cut off once and on the last occasion the man said he would leave a message for the person in Lincoln who needed to deal with it but I have not received a call back to date, and am not now expecting one. I phoned to advise them that I had witnessed poor driving by one of their lorry drivers. He had stopped right across the junction on Outer Circle Road, Lincoln with the Carlton Centre at 14.54. He was the second lorry driver to do that which meant that those of us coming out of the Archway Centre missed being able to pull out onto Outer Circle Road for two sets of traffic light changes. The car in front of me pulled out and drove alongside the Kime driver and he appeared to be letting her in as the traffic began to move. She did move in front of him. However, he then inched forward and hit her vehicle. Only slightly, but I saw her car move, and could tell from the hesitation in her then moving with the flow of traffic that she was aware of it. Was the driver also aware of what he had done or was he too busy eating and looking around to notice? It was nevertheless a road traffic collision. That is what I wanted to speak to Kime about, but as they were not interested in speaking to me, then I have had to post this review. Kime - you should have my phone number if you do now wish to make contact.

Brilliant service yesterday in bad snowy conditions. Lovely delivery driver, great sense of humour and very helpful. Thank you, you deserve success. Jan Riley

Witnessed possibly the most dangerous piece of driving by one of their drivers that I have ever seen this week. Caused a road block, cutting up drivers, tailgating drivers and not indicating when changing lanes. FY17 TGZ.

$h!te company. They cover up damage done on site by saying it was done in transit from the hub. They specifically told friends of mine that work there to "make the dog food look good, somebody from Grove Pet food is coming to photograph it with Trudy." My items have failed to be delivered 3 times in 4 months now with this company, absolutely useless and the most recent one a couple weeks ago was a disaster. Nobody in the office had a clue what they were doing, the route planning was clearly not bothered with at all meaning my pallet wasn't delivered for 3 MORE DAYS!!!! Horrendous company and Nigel is a smug, egotistical, narcissistic bully when you call to discuss what the hell is happening. No idea what he's doing. Useless staff all around. I'm glad the company is tanking in it's new depot.

Thank you so much I ordered a electronic item that needed a electrician install , due to the rise in covid I can not have any one in house (shielding husband) the company told me to refuse it ,the driver rang me up was lovely , it was back in seller's ware house in a day when I rang up the lady in the office was able to tell me everything even who signed for it as a result I got a full refund

Paid for next day delivery , Came 8 days later . Staff at Lincoln Branch failed to answer phones ,no updates . Company should use horses rather than lorries as I have never dealt with such a bunch of cowboys . Absolutely useless , Do not use this firm it would be quicker yo buy a trolley and push it yourself , Delivery driver himself when item did come was a nice helpful chap only positive .

Fast deliveries especially given current delays, friendly service and always go above and beyond when needed
