Amazing staff. Last time we pulled in with an Iveco daily. The guy saw the car in the front and that we were removing the wiper blade. By the time we walked in through the door he had the new wiper blade prepared before we had a chance to tell him what we want :)

Took my vehicle in with a WATER LEAK, they then changed a leaking cap and and o ring on the pipe above the oil cooler. Also had the turbo cleaned and o ring replaced on the turbo intercooler pipe because it was stated leaking. I was then advised to have the injectors tested. Had the injectors tested they came back that they needed changing, they then replaced them all with reconditioned injectors. Total bill £1430.46. I picked up my vehicle, drove no more than 60 miles to job to encounter a heavy rattling noise coming from the engine on the M1 and heavy smoke pouring from the vehicle. I Had the vehicle recovered at my own cost to my home address. I then had an iveco engineer come out to my home address to look at the vehicle sent from northern commercials. He reported to me that something had been left loose above the engine and that it sounds like something had also been dropped in the engine. Northern commercials then recovered the vehicle. I later received a phone call to state that it had been the bearings that had collapsed inside the turbo. Northern commercials would not take any responsibilitie at first stating they did not cause any damage and that I am liable for all costs. After negotiations they then made me an offer to replace the turbo with a new one withdrawing any labour costs for £424. I accepted the offer as I needed my vehicle working asap problem free. I then collected my vehicle again to drive no more than 5 miles down the road to encounter a full power loss and red flashing EDC light. I switched my engine off and on for the light to turn off temporarily. I called northern commercials to let them know the situation, I was told to call them back by the end of the day if the problem occurs again. After two power cuts I managed to get my vehicle back to my home address. I contacted northern commercials again to let them know the problem has got worse. I then waited for engineer to come out that night who was very quiet in general and told me would report the findings back to the office. After requesting what they had found I was then told it was the crankshaft sensor or wiring although they could not tell me which one. after trying to negotiate with them again and requesting a quotation for either of the new works I was declined a price multiple times and told they will not know a cost until I bring it in for diagnosis. £1850 later I am now left without a working vehicle outside my property 8 weeks after it went in for a water leak problem, also being refused any help from northern comercials and left liable for any further costs.

A very worst experience with my fiat minibus!!! Being in for oil and filters change and 1 wishbone. As they have changed the wishbone they have tightened the track rod to much and now my steering wheel sit to the right. Also asked them to have a diagnostic check because I knew there was a problem with the exhaust gas temperature sensor causing my particulate filter to regenerate every now and then but they said they could not find any faults. In the picture attached are the errors found by me which they refused to check saying that on their professional equipment isn’t showing up!!! I’m not recommending this place!

Just had my Fiat Ducato in at the Dunstable branch as it went into limp mode last week. Van is out of warranty at the end of this month, but the problems were quickly identified and rectified with new parts ordered and all free of charge under warranty. It's great to find such an efficient and professional dealer and I'll be back for the van's second service in a few weeks. Highly recommended.
