We unfortunately used them as part of the APC overnight courier network when we moved into their area that they cover and found the management to be most unhelpful and quite frankly just rude. They have an answer for everything, never their fault, blame the computers, have very little interest in helping the customer and very poor communication. It took 14 calls over 3 weeks to the manager with promises of a call back to just open the account! The delivery drivers (who were great) were always apologising to us for the people in the office. Shame really as they let down the APC network

Had a very reputable company send an overnight parcel to me to go along with their exceptional customer service to get the product to me on a date agreed 14 days prior. Unfortunately it was Bridgetime Transport Ltd that made it fall shockingly short on all fronts from timings to customer service almost 4 DAYS later.

I initially made contact with the company when my window was moved from 3pm-4pm to 6pm-7pm on the Friday and was watching on the live feed when I saw the driver make absolutely no attempt to deliver my parcel at all.

No attempt was made by the APC driver or depot to contact me and inform me of the failed delivery or to sort a date/time for reschedule. After several failed attempts of trying to make contact myself, I expected the parcel to be delivered to me on the next day on a Saturday as it said the depot was open and the parcel was labelled as 'overnight'. Shock-horror no attempt was made.

After trying to get through to the company via email and telephone through the Saturday and Sunday I made another attempt Monday morning where I found a separate email than the one provided by APC where I managed to get a reply. After explaining my situation the reply offered no apologies after the initial response.

I am prematurely writing this review before the parcel has even got to me out of complete and utter disbelief of how unprofessional the company was in handling this. By far, hands down, the worst courier service I have ever been on the receiving end of.

I was dissuade any company from using this courier, especially the 'overnight' service they offer.

We paid for some garden furniture to be couriered to London on Friday and it was delivered this afternoon (Monday), incredible service and would definitely recommend that others use them. Very trusting company as they even delivered the pallet before taking payment.

Have worked at Bridgetime for 3 1/2 years and overall its a great place to work. It is a family business, so very much the personal touch, rather than just being a number. It is always busy and you need to be flexible and be prepared to wear many hats, but it is a definite team atmosphere and the owners are always understanding if you need time off for personal reasons. In addition to this, we also get rewarded by the Directors with vouchers for Employee of the Month, sometimes lunch on a Friday and perks with help for buying vehicle parts or tyres for our personal cars. During this latest COVID crisis, our Directors made a pledge at the start that they would pay us all each week, whilst they were waiting for furlough payments to come through, which they did, so we were looked after, despite it being a stressful time for all concerned. I know some friends who have not been so lucky.

I cannot recommend this company enough. We had a issue with a load sent from Ireland. Rang up and straight away they offered to help. Great team. Thanks again

Totally inept and uninterested in sorting out a late delivery issue. Take it from an APC account holder for 5 years this is one of the worst attitudes we have come across. Don't even deserve 1 star.

Terrible service. Had to reschedule my delivery and it never arrived on that day. Called and emailed and had nothing back for 3 days. In the end I had to collect myself! Doesn't deserve 1 star!

Carried out Pest Control Services for this company over the years. Great company to work for. Professional Reliable and responsive. Would recommend to others without hesitation.
