Mallory Performance Ltd - Car Remapping Leicester

Set up looks great, rolling Road hardware also looks brilliant. This was why I used them but the customer service is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Lied to to the point I went to r tech where they said my injectors were and guess what they had no idea about it. My car filter was damaged and my charge pipe not even connected. Three weeks to fit a catch can, need I say more. I'm no stranger to tuning and the amount of lies I got from these guys was shocking but I played along. My advice is a simple flash go there, anything more go to a proven place with more reviews than this shambles of a company. I had to re do the work my self and fit the manifold myself as it was a job to difficult for them, bare in mind I'm a hobby mechanic. Joke

Update turns out the broken filter damaged my brand new turbo, don't use these idiots

Went to see these guys about a stage 1 remap for my Fiat 595 Abarth, on first impressions after talking to them, they know there stuff and everything was explained in great detail and the setup looks very professional. So I booked an appointment, had to pay a £50 deposit which I didn’t have a problem with as after talking to other companies I had decided that these guys where the ones I wanted to work on my car. Turned up on the day ( on time) I was made to feel very welcomed and was looked after whilst my car was worked on, I could see everything that was going on and any questions whilst the remap was taking place they where answered in detail. I’m over the moon with the results and it’s transformed me car into a little monster 😃. I’ve already decided what other mods I’ll be doing to my car. I will be certainly going going back to Mallory Performance once they are fitted for another remap. I can’t speak highly of the service and how welcoming I was made to feel. So thank you Mallory Performance 😊👍

So dropped off my vehicle Wednesday at 10am and was told it was a 4 hour job so rang today to be told that we are still working on it and that you can’t do it like every other one they have done. And they need to borrow something and then a little while later oh we haven’t done it because it means we have to do this and that so 3 days hire later for absolutely nothing because they didn’t call me after they had problems on the first day. Customer service what a joke save your time go some where else.

Mallory performance were great!
They managed to resolve a mapping issue on a AMG Gts that no one else could.

I’ve visited Mallory Performance on many a occasion and have always had a great service from Baz and Phil. My recent visit was for a stage 1 tune on a F56 Cooper S. ECU access was denied so it had to be done on the bench this was done in good time with no added cost. I’m absolutely over the moon with the power increase and delivery. It’s very sharp but still progressive and linear. All in all a great visit highly recommended

Booked our M135i for stage1 remap. I was not disappointed the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The place is outstanding with a lovely waiting area with all the gadgets (ps5 full gaming chair) to keep you occupied!! They are all very professional not one question they couldn’t help you with! They really know their stuff! I would highly recommend anyone to go down to see them! Thank you so much.
