Sofra Grill

Sadly the meat was over cooked and dry, food lacked flavour, looks like a lot but it's enough for two. Sofra mixed grill, falafel and halloumi.

Halal but alcohol is present. We got the Muska Boregi starter which was really nice. We then got the Sofra Mixed Grill; the meat is cooked really nicely, it's juicy but it doesn't have any flavour, it's as if it's been cooked without marinating. It's not authentic and lacks spices, it's literally just well cooked meat which we found disappointing. The decor is nice and service is just alright. Total cost for 2 people was £35. We wouldn't come here again because you can find much better quality food elsewhere e.g. Tooting, for the same price.

I ordered delivery from here today for the first time and was blown away by the food, it was incredible, I could not fault it and I am quite picky when it comes to my food. I had the mixed grill which was a generous portion, lamb was succulent and chicken tender and flavourful. Salad was great too and you can just taste that everything had been freshly cooked, food came piping hot also which is great!! - I would definitely recommend this to anyone and will certainly be ordering again soon. The absolute best mixed grill I have had in my 22 years of existence, thank you very much!

The food was good. Adana was my favorite. The mix chicken grill, wings were really good but the chicken shish was ok. Generally a good halal option if you are in Sutton

I have been here previously and it was good however on my last visit everything was just wrong from start to finish. Food didn't taste nice, service was almost non existence, not even once they asked if the food was OK or if we wanted anything else, they were all busy with other non work related things than dealing with their customers. I wont be returning here again

Very welcoming and small friendly restaurant. We stayed about 3 hours. Service was good. My partner being Turkish is very fussy eater. I must say the mixed grill past his expectations.

I've been coming here well over 5 years now and I've always loved it. I always get whitebait to start, Sofra mixed grill for main, and baklava for dessert. This is the gold standard I compare other Turkish restaurants too!
