Apatura Turkish BBQ Restaurant & Bar

Came here last night for our brother's 21st birthday and we were not disappointed! The food was amazing (and very filling) and the portions were great. The price was very decent, and every single one of us enjoyed what we had ordered. The service was also very great - quick and easy. It was the first time we had attended and will definitely be visiting again. So glad it's close by!

Visited Apatura as a group and we all seated together in one area. The food came quick as there was lots of us. We had a choice from a three course set meal. The food was about average and as not that hot. The portions were big. The staff were nice and friendly.

Lovely restaurant with well prepared food. Look and feel of a modernised pub or bar with high ceilings it felt bright and airy. Staff were nice and friendly. The food felt as though it was to a good standard, the roast potatoes could have been cooked a little bit more. The few things that dropped it down in a star was the fact that they served the dips in a bowl, whilst all the other dishes taken away for wash, the dips were taken for a refill for the next customer.
The bread basket had a piece of meat left in it. Again I assume this was possibly because it was not cleaned but stacked up for the next customer.
Washroom facility has very little room to move around.
If that does not put you off, then it is worth visiting this restaurant as it does serve good food.

We love the vegetarian and vegan options here, a great variety of choice and the staff are very happy to cater to meal adjustments (for the fussier eater in your party!) We enjoy the fresh, home-made "chilli" sauce they do here (very mild) as a starter, followed by the lovely homemade falafel or guvec (veggie stew) for mains. On Sundays, we love the veggie roasts on offer - all the best bits of a roast with a Turkish twist, you'll never be able to go back to Toby's again after trying it! Would highly recommend this delicious restaurant to meat-eaters, vegetarians and vegans alike, thanks Apatura 😁

Lovely food and great service. Hand sanitiser when you walk in. Great atmosphere inside. Would definitely recommend.
