The service was absolutely terrible. I ordered for the food to be delivered to my address, it somehow ended up at my previous address. When the food finally came, it was cold and the pizza was burned and they gave me the wrong sauce. So, when I spoke to a staff on the phone, he was so rude and tried to convince me that the pizza is meant to look burnt, the food is meant to be cold and most stupidly he was adamant that the bbq sauce is chilli sauce. He hung up on me and when my husband called back they wouldn't answer the phone. He refused to replace the burnt pizza or give me a refund, unfortunately I paid by cash otherwise I would've got my money back.

The first time I ordered from them over just eat, I left them an honest review based on their food quality and service. The salad was off and smelt fishy. The meat and chicken shish had a bad smell of off meat. However I liked their Donner. I thought I would give them another chance based on their reviews. I received threatening and aggressive call from the takeaway. Purely disgraceful and unprofessional. They must know their food is bad and has no room for improvements thats why they are afraid of the truth. Learn some customer service and manners at the same time.

Not great very disappointed it’s over priced kebab standard food didn’t enjoy it at if your after restaurant standard then this place isn’t for you but if you want over priced kebab shop kebab then this place is for you.

I started ordering from Istanbul BBQ as the greatest FULL Turkish kebab shop which is Kings Kebab only took cash which was an inconvenience at times. In the past Istanbul was good but recently they have been dire. The simplest of orders have been messed up and the most annoying thing is items missed out and not redeliverd. The price of takeaways is slowly going up and you should be getting everything you are paying for. Places like Istanbul BBQ must be raking cash in with what they are failing to deliver and we are paying for. I will not be using them again as I think they have had more than enough free money out of me.

Orderd from here today asked for a few things had to repeat my self 100 times as he got my order wrong on the phone then when I placed the order he told me 30 mins bearing in mind I live 3 mins drive from this place so 45 mins go by no food so called them they said he’s on his way out to me now I give it another 15 mins nothing so I try to call back no awnser or busy for another 15 mins so that’s a total of 1hr 15 mins but still the shop only being 3 mins away from me in a car . Finally the door went we got told on phone it was £25 then the man tryed saying £35 at door ????? Food was cold but the funny thing of it all none of the order was right I asked for no salad rap chicken sheesh with hallumi with mayo it come with all salad rap was really badly made chips wansnt a larg but also soggy my kids and family orders aswell mixed kabab it’s wasn’t the right order again she got no rap and wanted all salad and got nothing that’s was cold to we didn’t receive our sauce I will never been returning back as it’s a waste of my money and you should think twice to .!!!!!!!

Rubbish service & rude people. Cant cook. They burn the food. Really badly cooked food. I went today spent £16 an wasted 90% of the food. I will never go back. Ignorant guys. They sweat and cook which is unhygienic. Disgusting!
