Andalucia Kebab House

Poor quality meat, poor experience. Its the first time I've said this out of all the kebab shops I've tried in many years, and, their lamb doner is better than the chicken. The chicken is not good, it has an odd curry/cardboard flavour, while I found the lamb tolerable. Fries were very good but I can't give more than one star as my kebab is going in the bin. Chips will be eaten...

I ordered a lamb shawarma from this place and my experience was shocking! I noticed the meat was gone off in my first bite then I noticed the "meat" was extremely hard so I open up the shawarma and see what's in there. Inside the shawarma I found big pieces of fat with some dirt in it, some very hard animal tendons and some weird looking animal tissues-my friend said it looks like animal's throat(he's a butcher) it was disgusting! I love kebab and shawarma, eat it all the time but I've never ever seen anything like that! The gone off meat can cause food poisoning, these people are so immoral!

One of the worst experiences I ever had with restaurant.my first and last time to order from them. I order whole baby chicken with extra rice instead I received chips. I order salad and I clearly requested no onion in the Salad and guess what it was full of onions and to top it up the food arrived an hour late . Charging £4.26 for delivery and arrived an hour late,that's not enough he knocked the door and put the food on the floor and just got in his car and left . The food was cold . Very unprofessional

Pizza came after 2 hours on a Sunday. Firstly cheese was worse than rotten milk could be smelt upon entering the kitchen. It also left a burning acidy feeling in your mouth. And to top it all off the spicy chicken pizza topping includes bones as a bonus (but they won’t tell you that!) daughter nearly choked on her first bite. Don’t waste your time waiting for the order or your money for you to put it back in the trash. Worst food in my life

Got an order confirmation but no food came. I had to ring over 10 times before anyone picked up the phone. They told me food was on the way and was sent out 20 minutes earlier. Another 10+ phone calls and 15 minutes later they answered and then hung up on me. 20 calls and 15 minutes later they said they hadn't received an order at all. Food never arrived.
No food, no organisation, no clue. Not only did they not deliver the food they wouldn't answer the phone and then lied to me over and over. Probably the worst experience I have had from any takeaway ever. If I could give zero stars I would.

Probably one of the worst places I’ve ordered from. I shared an order with my best friend: she had kebab, meat and sauce, as well as a garlic bread. I had a margarita pizza and cheesey garlic bread. So for my “cheesey garlic bread”, I had a wrap, with some garlic on it, and grated cheese (not melted!!) folded into fifths. What an absolute disappointment to bite into. I also have pics lol. The same can be said for the garlic bread. My margarita pizza is yellow?? Very dissatisfied. 0/10

I have NEVER experienced food like this.
Thankfully Uber refunded me, ordered lamb shawarma and it was just lamb fat and old salad,
The samoon was a cob roll and lamb fat.. the falafels are probably lamb fat but it all went in the bin!

Tried to order food, after over an hour of waiting I tried calling to ask where my food was. I was instantly given abuse over the phone for kindly asking a simple question, whilst the restaurant rudely shouted at me and told me they would not be delivering the food and hung up on me. I was never able to get a refund and when trying to contact the restaurant again I was instantly hung up on. Absolute scam, waste of money and time.
