Kumon Maths & English

Thank you so much to Amanda and her team.
My son had being doing Maths Kumon tuition since he was in Year 4, he is now in Year 7. He has vastly improved in his confidence with his Maths as well as in his mental Maths abilities.
Without Kumon, my son would not be as able as he is now in Maths. His teachers have also commented how well he has improved.
Amanda is super great and really wants the best for your child. She treats you as though you are an individual and not just a number- thanks so much! I would highly recommend Amanda.

My three children, who have been going to state primary schools, have been doing Kumon with Amanda over the past 5 years. Both my eldest have now entered a competitive academic secondary school, and my youngest is still in primary school benefitting immensely from the teachings of Kumon. Not only does the program give the children self-confidence and the tools to tackle maths or English question quickly and accurately, it also teaches the children to apply themselves, to be thorough, diligent and consistent - skills that are applicable throughout your life, whatever you chose to do. I could not recommend kumon enough to other families and Amanda in particular who has been immensely supportive and responsive throughout the years.

We've inscribed both our children to Kumon through Amanda's team at Clapham Kumon.

Neither of them were particularly enamoured by the idea of an extra maths club.

But they've both made amazing progress. Their confidence has grown enormously and they are both comfortably near the top in each of their school classes.

Much as they're unwilling to admit it in front of their friends -- they really like Maths now.

We cannot recommend highly enough Amanda's warm, supportive but admirably firm approach. Ignore the kids objections - just inscribe them. They may not admit it but they will thank you in the end.

This is comfortably one of the best decisions we ever made during their primary school years.

My experience with Kumon, Amanda and her team has been a game changer for my sons learning. Since day one Amanda has been warm, kind and encouraging. Over the years, Kumon has definitely been challenging for my son and myself but we continued to persevere because I could see he was improving every week. The certificates, achievement cards, treats and the team helped my son learn to enjoy maths which is now one of his favourite subjects. Even throughout the pandemic Amanda helped my son stay consistent with his maths and was always just a call away if he found anything difficult. There are a number of other providers who offer Maths and English for kids learning however i found the quality and good communication from Amanda was second to none

My son has been attending Kumon for several years now, doing both English and Maths. Amanda and her team have been extremely supportive throughout the years. If my son as any difficulties with his work, Amanda is always there to help him. My son thoroughly enjoys doing maths and English and he doesn't mind doing the extra work, on top of the school work he gets. At times I found it challenging with my workload but Amanda was there to help by reducing the work load to a manageable amount but now he is back doing the full set of work again. Amanda and team, thank you all so much for everything you have and will continue to do for my son and the rest of the children 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾😊

This is a wonderful place for children to learn and gain confidence my daughter has been getting support with maths and I am happy to say that she has grown in confidence and has a better understanding of this subject she is only 6 this is by far one of my best investments the staff at Clapham branch are friendly and helpful my daughter is praised for her hard work and gets the support she needs when it's very tricky for her. I would recommend Kumon to everyone who wants to support their children with maths and English. Thank you to all staff for your help and support and to Amanda thank you for all your help kindness and time we appreciate you.
