Kumon Maths & English

Immensely pleased with the help and support my children receive at Kumon. I think it gives them a sense of discipline and consistency which in turn helps with their work. Rashmi is a brilliant instructor and is always happy to answer numerous questions, be it on the telephone or email. Learning becomes fun and motivating if you have a good teacher and both my children couldn’t have asked for more. The reason they enjoy Kumon is because of their instructor and the fact that children find her very approachable. The approach and technique (accuracy and speed) at Kumon has certainly helped my children to develop skills and gain confidence. I would highly recommend Kumon and have done to many parents in the past.

Kumon has helped my son to analyse, think and solve prolem with less turn around time. Kumon's method is the best way for kids to practice and develop problem solving skills. It has helped my son to be more disciplined and pro-active. So happy that we took right decision to enroll our Son for Kunon. Teachers are well experienced and dedicated.
Kumon is the right seed for every child to develop skills and get required confidence going forward. I will highly recommend Kumon and look forward to bring my Son back for higher level studies in future.

I have been going to Kumon for many years and it is very easy for me to say that I recommend Kumon to all parents that want their children to be successful now and in the future. Before I started Kumon, I was never confident but with Rashmi, as the highly supportive instructor and the extremely helpful staff, I completed the English program which not only boosted my English grades at school massively but also gave me skills for the future such as communication. Going to Kumon has raised my potential and still is because now I work there, which is teaching me even more vital skills for the future as well. Right now I am in Year 10 preparing for my GCSEs next year facing a lot of tough Maths and English questions and thanks to Kumon, I am confident and capable in doing them.

Kumon has helped my son to analyse, think and solve problem with less time. In English improve his handwriting, spellings and communication.
They will give repetition if the kids have a lack of confidence about their concept.

It depends on their own interest, instructor and parents motivation is a must.

Really, we appreciate their zoom classes. Especially during lockdown it’s very helpful to us.

I have been attending Kumon as a student for a number of years now (about 8/9 years) and I have immensely improved in my skills and education as well as enjoyed the process. It has helped me so much with my studies and taught me a lot of skills as well as the studying. My skills in communication and commitment as well as patience and accuracy have improved. As a person who once lacked confidence, I am glad to say that Kumon has helped me grow my confidence to new heights. I have improved in my studies over the years and now am one of the top students in my class due to Kumon. The programme is very well structured and the staff and instructor there are friendly and help me a lot when I need it. They make sure I am motivated to do my studies properly and accurately as I can and push me to be the best I can be. Rashmi, as an instructor, is brilliant and always there to help. I have never regretted joining Kumon since I started in Year 3 and I am now a Year 10 still studying at Kumon. I finished the English programme and am doing higher level maths in Kumon as the people and the programme have allowed me to push myself and be performing at my top potential.

I enrolled my son onto the Kumon Maths and English programme at the age of 4 years old to help him enhance his Maths and English skills. From the outset the team at the Slough, Langley Kumon Centre made him feel very comfortable, assessing his abilities in order to provide appropriate work. Kumon as a learning enhancement has provided my son not only with the academic skills, but with an excellent learning discipline and the ability to focus and concentrate on completing his daily task. These skills have been instrumental and he confidently applies the learning style to his school work. At the age of 6, he has progressed his mental maths skills, increased his vocabulary, strengthened his reading ability and improved his handwriting. He is at ease with his Kumon instructors at the Slough, Langley Centre. They provide him with clear, constructive feedback which he is able to easily understand and apply. This is proven in the action he takes and progress he makes. They regularly check ability, set appropriate work, are extremely supportive and positively praise achievements. This centre is managed extremely efficiently, the instructors build a great partnership with their students and parents. The open communication, flexibility and commitment to continue learning has been especially noted during the pandemic where the instructors have gone the extra mile to facilitate a seamless and well organised virtual centre. I would highly recommend Kumon and the Slough Langley Centre, as a parent I feel fully assured in the academic and learning competencies that Kumon and the instructors provide.

My 8 year old daughter has been doing both Maths and English Kumon at the Langley Kumon centre for about two and a half years. In this time, I have seen her fear of Maths disappear and her understanding and confidence in both English and Maths increase at an amazing pace. Over the last couple of years, I have seen a massive improvement in my daughter's committment to her work, her ability to work independently and track the time she takes for her work, and her discipline towards her learning.

The teachers at the centre are absolutely fantastic with her and understand her personality and work with her, to draw out the best she has. Through the multiple lockdowns, she continued to have online classes, and worksheets were dropped off regularly and on time. I highly recommend this centre, because I have seen first hand the immense knowledge and proficiency with which they not just teach Kumon, but also work with kids with varying personalities.

Kumon really helped my kids in all aspects. They can now read fluent with all the punctuation & they are getting better with their numbers.
Rashmi is the instructor which every parent likes to have for their kids, she has got the patience to listen to the kids chitchat & specially encouraging them to boost up their confidence when they are getting stuck.
