My daughter started Kumon nearly two years ago. That helped her to improve her self confidence. I’m so delighted how much progress she has made. I would definitely recommend Kumon to everyone both for math and English. Thanks to Vaishali and her team for their hard work.

I have a Yr five child who has always been behind in Maths and English. I have continuously struggled to build her grades up to where they should be with very little input from the school. After much research I decided to give Kumon a go. Mixed reviews on line left me very unsure. However I can honestly say, I can already see a difference and its only been 4 months.
At the start motivating her was hard, so her work was amended to support her ability, now she can sit and do the maths and English together without any fuss. My aim is for her to work independently and be able to sit a test without panicking. The set up at the centre has really helped her with this problem, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable with the subjects. For our family it has proven to be invaluable and we will continue for many years. My other daughter is in year two and requested to join, and she really enjoys this too. My only regret is that I didn't find Kumon sooner.

My daughter started kumon when she was almost 18 month. Initially we weren't sure if she is ready but we had nothing to lose. Kumon is an excellent system. My daughter has been doing the English worksheets and has considerably improved her English comprehension skills. (She is bilingual and we want her to speak both languages well). Kumon helped us a lot. Her tutor is extremely supportive and every month she surprises us with new challenges.
I have worked in education myself for 15 years and that made me appreciate this system even more. I think it is execellent for children and parents. The children learn to have their own responsibility and to be able to complete a task. My daughter knows that after brekfast she must do her kumon and she will hapily ask for it.
I recommend this system to any parent and I do believe it is excellent for them to start when children are very young. Re cost, not sure if it is pricy....after all you have worksheets for every single day and the tutor is always available to support you and to assess your child.

My daughter is 6 years old. She didn't like Maths at school so I decided to do something. My husband told me so many good things about Kumon as he did it when he was at school. We found one in our area (Waltham Cross centre)and from day one we have had amazing experience. The instructor was so nice and helped my daughter to fit in so well. She is been doing Kumon for 5 weeks and I can see big difference in her work. I am so happy we made that decision .

I believe my son has improved immensely in maths over the years because of the help he gets from kumon. His TimesTables is excellent, I believe since year four. I am therefore happy to recommend kumon waltham Cross Center because the tutors there are very helpful.

I would highly recommend Kumon classes run at Council offices in Cheshunt. My daughter, who is going to Year 5 has been doing it for over 3 months and made a great progress in her maths. Both my husband and I cannot believe how much she has grown in confidence and how much she has learnt in the last couple of months. I only wish I signed her in earlier!

My daughter was unable to like Maths in the beginning as she found the subject difficult. I enrolled her for Kumon and initially she did not enjoy it as well. She started to show improvement in her Mathematics after a year in Kumon. It was regular work everyday to practice and this improved her confidence and self esteem. Now she likes Maths as she is confident in herself and this enabled her to improve in her school work. With the improvement I saw in my daughter, I enrolled my son to Kumon and he showed improvement in himself. I would strongly recommend Kumon as During the covid 19 pandemic, the kids continuously did their paper work and did online zoom classes and this helped them in their Maths during lockdown. When they went back to school after the lockdown they are confident to continue with their school work and not left behind .

My son started Kumon with Vaishali and her team just after he turned 4- at that time he wasn't able recognise or write his number 1-10. After about 10 months of Kumon he has learnt so much! I was a little apprehensive that I had started him too young however right now I am adamant that it was the perfect time. With Kumon he was able to learn pen control which he then developed into writing letters and numbers. The team give him alot of motivation and encouragement which makes him really enjoy coming to the centre once a week. Vaishali is super helpful and always on hand to give us as parents tips on how to help her students develop further. Kumon was a life saver during Lockdown and helped create a good structure and routine for my son! If you are thinking of starting your child to do Kumon- honestly do not hesitate, you will be so glad that you took this step!
