Kumon Maths & English

My son started Kumon when he turned 4 years old and it has given him that much needed confidence boost as he started school. The Kumon method provided my son with the necessary skills in both Mathematics and English to build upon each new challenge set. The team at Kumon Purley have provided consistently high care to my son to ensure his development is tailored to him and he is challenged based on his individual abilities rather than what a generic view of what he should be able to do based on his 'age'. I would not hesitate to recommend Kumon Purley to any students either needing a little extra support or just that added confidence advantage it provides.

Sonal and her team at the Kumon Purley centre are absolutely exceptional! I started my daughter when she was 2.5 years old and she’s come so far since. Given she was so young when she started Sonal made the extra effort to ensure she settled in with process and the work as smoothly as possible and ensured that not only was she comfortable but also excited to work on her maths. Since then she’s been working on both subjects and still enjoys it and has come so far, thanks to Sonal’s amazing dedication to each child and ensuring their Kumon Journey is extra special! We will definitely be continuing this journey for years to come!

I wanted my son to develop a genuine enjoyment for maths so that he could reach his potential on his own terms. Kumon has not only provided my son with a strong foundation that will help him through his school years but also provided him with a level of confidence that he would not have achieved if it was not for Kumon. Sonal has a genuine interest in my son’s progress. She has bent over backwards to ensure my son is comfortable and happy. At times where my son struggled with certain stages, Sonal re-evaluated and re-set work on the same day to ensure my son’s confidence and ability remained at a high. This is not a program to ‘tutor’ your child but to give them the ability to perform in their own space.

I would highly recommend Kumon Purley . The club has a very experienced and supportive teaching team who have actively supported both my son and daughter who both started Kumon (English and Maths) at the age of 4.

Kumon has provided both of my children with a strong foundation that has already help them through their early school years. More recently my daughter passed the 1st and 2nd stage Sutton SET. The strong foundations that Kumon instilled undoubtedly contributed to this achievement.

The dedication that Sonal and her team has demonstrated in ensuring both of my children are reaching their potential has been truly commendable. The teaching team have taken the time to get to know both children and always provide the additional support where required and as a result I have seen my children’s confidence flourish.

Great experience so far. My child is 4years old & has learnt to count to 50 & recognise these numbers in & out of sequence in just 4 months. This has been a tremendous help in providing the foundation to help support learning maths at school. I would highly recommend Kumon & the team is so lovely
