Kumon Maths & English

My son Josh attends Kumon at North Harrow Methodist church run by Minal for close to 3 years now. Having started my son only for maths initially and then with English, I realized that the topics are repeated only if the child has still not gained the speed and confidence in the topic. I am so glad to have started Kumon and with Minal and team as it has immensely helped my son with speed, interest in learning, discipline to do work everyday apart from many other pros.The constant encouragement from Minal motivates my son to do better to the point that he looks forward to do better each time. Kumon has also helped keep my sons learning on track during the lockdown and Minal has been very supportive during this phase. The progress has been appreciated many times by his school teachers as well and Josh is ahead of his academic year with no other coaching apart from Kumon.All I can say is there is no boredom to repetition, the learning is consistent and extremely pleased with Minal and the team at Kumon center. Totally recommend!

Minal and her team has been great with my daughter. All teachers are patient and always helpful and gives great advice for my daughter. My daughter loves going to Kumon because of all teachers.

Minal and her team are fantastic tutors in Kumon North Harrow. They are very patient and always helpful. My daughter started in September and within few months her core subjects ( Maths and English) have improve a lot. Her reading and working on time skill improved greatly as well.

Since starting Kumon, my 7 year old daughter's confidence and Maths ability has improved significantly. We have tried lots of tutors and we honestly wish we had found Minal a lot earlier! The centre demonstrates such care, patience and professionalism by all members of the team. Plus it has a great learning environment which has meant that my daughter is actually excited about attending every week. Minal was happy to tailor the quantity of work to suit my daughter to get the best out of her and it really shows. She is happy to complete the booklets at home, feeling a huge sense of pride with her work. We are now going to try the English programme and also do a summer booster class for my older daughters. My two girls had lost their confidence with Math. Within 4 weeks of Kumon their Confidence has grown as well as their ability to study autonomously.

They have committed fully to their daily pieces of math work and really enjoy the subject more at school as a result. Their teachers even commented on the girls positive attitude to their math work at school.

The centre is well supported, the staff genuinely care about the children who they inspire to be the best they can be 😊
