I highly recommend tempdent. The staff are all so supportive and nice. I completed my course early this year and never failed my exams. Kat is an excellent mentor, she will support you even on personal problems. Class was always fun and I was always excited to attend on fridays. They also helped me find a job in a span of 1-2 weeks max. My assessor Geeta has also helped me with my courseworks and encouraged me to be on time. Just do your part as a student and never miss a deadline and you’ll sure be a qualified dental nurse after.

Thank you so much Holly Heddle for the help you have given me in preparation for having the EPA assessment. It has been so helpful.

Kathrine Saunders who took over from her, who was so supportive and always kept me updated with what I needed to do straight away. She got me through a lot of what I hadn’t done yet and made sure my portfolio got signed off on time. She also helped me to revise for the exams and gave me good ways on how to revise.

Kat Michaels was also very helpful and helped me revise for when I had to retake two of my exams. It really helped, when it came to retaking them again.

Without the help and support from everyone at tempdent, everyone at The Bupa practice I work at (having study time/a day in the week to revise) and friends and family. I wouldn’t have been able to get through it all.
I am very happy to have studied through tempdent :)

I am currently training with you guys to be a dental nurse, nearly finished my course and doing well.

The main reason for this review is to highlight the fact that my assessor Katherine Saunders has been my absolute rock through my course, to be honest, I really would not have got my portfolio in on time if it wasnt for her support and persistence. She has completely supported me through the tough times I've had along with the positive.

Please, please recognise this lady because if more learners had tutors and assessors like her, they would honestly be sailing through their course.

It would have been nice if the payslips show individual rates (like they used to do it a few years back ) instead of multiple ones. It's confusing to see how many hours one did in a week!
Since I can't write a second review I'm adding more here. I have noticed few unprofessional behaviours.
When a nurse cancels and sent a message no reply from TD, Everyone has to make a living, after a nurse cancelled due to a difficult situation it seems like TD will punish them by not giving them jobs for days. extremely poor communication among TD staff members & with nurses. TD has been there for many years but other new Agencies act more professional than TD.

I have had wonderful experience working with Tempdent. They have always helped me giving me good work. I know Susan, Anthony and Clara from Tempdent, three of them are so friendly and always there to provide you good work in your location area.

Used tempdent again today and was really reluctant as they have let us down in the past. When I booked, I mentioned to the lady that I was very pessimistic about using them again after our last booking, but she reassured me that she would book someone really reliable and wouldn't let us down. 8.30 this morning ...when she/ he should have been there...we get an email cancelling....my advice...better off cancelling your day than using this poor excuse of a temp agency

I work full time with tempdent as dental nurse.I get booked for 5 days in places where I like and is covienient .Booking teams(Susan ,Ellie ,Antony,Chloe) are very good communicating and even on out of hours there is always someone who replies.

This review is based upon my experience with my 2nd assessor Sarah Boyd. Unfortunately, my original assessor left Tempdent and at that stage of my course I had several pieces of work outstanding and several pieces of work unassessed and felt extremely stressed. From the first contact with Sarah, my fears were eased. A thorough action plan was put in place, my work was assessed and brought up to date. Sarah responded to my emails and telephone calls straight away and was an amazing support helping me to complete my portfolio on time. Thank you so much.
