I bought two sweaters off these guys and had them shipped to Canada, when my order arrived only one of the sweaters was in the package, this company has not even replyed to my polite e-mail inquiring about the other sweater in 2 weeks. I can understand shipping errors, but ignoring customers is not acceptable. Would not recommend shopping here.

I am still waiting for my orders and I am not getting an answer to my customer service questions. Very bad service and very customer unfriendly !!! Nobody responds to our emails and to our questions. Scandalous!! They are totally unresponsive and advise NOT to buy here !!

Terrible customer service, considering the prices of goods they sell. I can't reach them more than a week now. No one replies e-mails and calls.

As you can see by the other reviews you buy from these sharks at your peril. Zero customer service if anything goes wrong, they'll just ignore customers. Soon they are going to find out just how big a mistake that can be....

Took measurements of myself and chose carefully. Ordered two medium sweaters - one is way too small, the other isn't close to the colour they show. Reached out to them a couple of times, no reply.

They answered phone second ring. Couldn’t answer my query straight away. Said they would ring back.
They rang back 5 minutes later and gave me the information
I needed.
Excellent customer service.
