Stevensons School Uniform Outfitters

My first experience on taking my daughter to this shop was amazing. I forgot to make an appointment but they were happy to let us in and serve us. We got served by a very polite and caring young lady called Aslening. She helped me get everything I needed from the school list. What we couldn't get she placed an order on. Just by looking at my child she got all her measurements right as I had no clue about cm and inches. Overall the staff were very friendly. I look forward to getting the rest of her uniform in the post.

What a fabulous service and so reasonably priced! Hannah was AMAZING and helped us get everything we needed within 60 mins. Her advice was invaluable, and she guided us through all the products expertly, helping us avoid costly mistakes on equipment we didn’t need. Would highly recommend an appointment at Stevenson’s, and with Hannah particularly! Took all the stress out of school shopping…

A Fantastic service from every individual member of staff at the Epsom store… From the moment we arrived for our appointment we were welcomed by polite staff with outstanding customer service which is something you very rarely find in such abundance these days…thank you to the young lady who was extremely helpful, patient and attentive throughout our visit, which my daughter was rather anxious about… But with much relief, After our visit she was so happy and positive about starting high school… so Thank you to all the staff and the store manager.. the shop was immaculate and a pleasure to visit! You have built a great team!!

Today we had our appointment at Stevenson’s in Epsom. Leanne, our consultant was absolutely brilliant. Professional, helpful and insightful. Her eye for sizing was exceptional. A brilliant experience, which if I’m honest, I was dreading. Both my son and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and he is even more excited about starting senior school. Thank you

This is the third Summer in a row and fourth time in all that we have been to Stevensons Epsom for uniforms for our children. The staff and managers have always been nothing but helpful and courteous, which is even more appreciated with bored, fidgety children in toe! The fitting experiences were surprisingly stress free and having appointments makes perfect sense for managing busy Summer periods. Staff were very knowledgeable about the schools, the required uniforms and accessories for each season and any ordering/supply chain delays. I can't understand why some of the reviews here rate the store based on their online experience or their frustrations with the school uniform 'system'. These are not within the store's control; customer service and experience are, and in our experience Stevensons nail it. This tone is set from Howie (the manager) downwards but clearly embraced by the staff more generally. Thank you for making the experience so easy (again)!

Our school has finally started using Stevensons as a uniform supplier instead of an online only supplier. Excellent experience - made an appointment and my son was able to try the relevant uniform on to ensure we had the correct sizes. Special thanks to Ollie who assisted us and was very friendly and helpful

Very friendly staff. Hanna was very patient, friendly, and had a great attention to detail. She had to stay longer even after closing hours. Great customer service for my daughters uniform. Well done Hanna, keep it up. Dave

Had a great first experience at this store, my daughter and I had a fantastic experience with one of your workers named Lucy. She was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient in finding exactly what we needed. Couldn’t recommend enough, great service all round!
