Store could do with an update but the staff are excellent and push my review up to 4 stars.

Very disappointed in the embroidery emblem on the school clothes. Very poor quality compared with other items I have bought from another retailer. The actual item is ok but emblem is awful

We used to buy uniform here every term. Since new management the prices have gone up and simply cant afford it. We now have a daughter starting nursery and the price of 2 t-shirts each, 2 jumpers/cardigans, plus book bags etc. We just cant afford it. So we're shopping around im afraid.

Absolutely appalled by the service I have received spent £50 on school jumpers for my sons first day in primary and they lost the uniform - but they searched high and low and found it rang me and promised it would be available to collect the next day. Goes to the shop the next day and they have LOST the uniform AGAIN!!! How can you loose a uniform again - especially considering it was missing the first time you would think they would take extra care. So disappointed if I could get my sons uniform from a different shop I sure as hell would be!

I went in there and the lady treated me as a prisoner when I’m only at a young age she told me to be quiet and was very rude and called be short and small which seaplane offended me I don’t know her name but she made me feel small and weak , sorry

Polite and friendly staff, who treated me with professionalism, everything that I asked for was in stock and of the highest standard, I would definatley recommend to everyone
