If you are ok with the bad insulation, then u will be fine. They have very bad sound insulation. I can hear people upstair closing his/her drawer and rolling the chair at 4 am!!
The good thing is that it is fairly cheap, with internet. However, the internet connection is really POOR. It was in and out all the time.
The stuff there was very nice and very effective!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! luxury prices for below average quality, prices go up every year and they treat you so badly, NO SIGNAL/3G inside flats, poor wifi connection in flats, they claim both of these are due to woolf location on the campus but for £7000/year thats not a good excuse, BAD BLACK MOULD which is becoming a problem in nearly all the rooms and bathrooms due to insufficient extractor fans and ventilation, hot water is constantly not working for 24 hours at a time, noisy blocks as walls are super thin and staff take months to listen to complaints, no study space only a common room with 1 computer despite them claiming woolf is a "study/academic environment", small kitchens for 6 bed flats with one cooker between you all, small rooms in comparison to what else you can get on campus for the money, I could go on and on......

It’s a nice student accommodation, with comfortable rooms.

They are rude and they do not care about what postgraduates want exactly. (UPP)They do not solve the problems. And there are no place to complain about their terrible service. They change the fridge from big one to smaller( but they claimed the fridge become bigger. it is not true). People pay a lot of money but get really bad service and facilities. Staff even take your things without your permission.

The beds are really uncomfortable and there is no enough fridge space for the students. And staff seems to be not interested in students issues. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Over priced, bad service, bad mannered receptionist however very close to central campus.

Male receptionist that wears glasses doesn’t understand simple English questions.

I asked what if a student accidentally leaves something in their room after room
has been cleared out but as humans we sometimes leave things behind unknowingly after checking out and handing over the key. His response was “room needs to be cleared out” .. I asked again and he couldn’t give **sensible** answer to the question && luckily a nice colleague of his was understanding enough to give a **sensible** response.

This isn’t the first time I have witnessed this man give stupid answers. If he doesn’t understand English, he shouldn’t work there.

Everything is okay, except for the pipeworks.
Oh, and the 5 month construction period outside my window.
I wanted to give this two stars, especially considering the cost, but I like the people who work here; it's not their fault that the people in management don't think I'm human or deserving of rest.
