Good facilities, great location, wide range of courses, not much open space but regents park only down the road. Opposite baker Street station so very easy to get to. Landmarks like Madame Tussauds opposite so can get busy during daytime. Loads of local shops for all student budgets

Great university and amazing facilities but the security are extremely rude to students, an exchange student didn’t know he had to book a group study room especially on a weekend where all rooms are free, and yet security had to pick specifically on him and FORCED him to leave the room, poor guy had absolutely no clue. Westminster need to sort out the security at Marylebone especially at front desk they are also rude towards the guests

This is the worst school to be in. As an international student PLEASE DO NOT. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY.

After paying £14000 pounds cash for my tuition, the school wasn’t able to help.

I know you’ve seen comments like this but don’t ignore at all. DO NOT IGNORE
I am still wondering why they are still allowed to function as a university.
I know you’re desperate and you want to be in the uk but pleaseeeeee.

DO NOT COME TO THE UNIVERSITY OF WESTMINSTER

This review has nothing to do with the actual university but the Marylebone reception customers service - Very Poor & Rude.

I had a great experience being a student here, my lecturers were super helpful, the resources available in the building and online were great as well.

Today I called Marylebone reception for an urgent query about my graduation & even before I could finish my first sentence I was transferred to IT / service desk.
I called back & explained I was transferred to a department that had nothing to do with my issue and did not know which number to call for help.

All I got back was the same woman with a NO, NO & I can’t help attitude - raising her voice at me & saying this was only a transfer desk and got transferred again to registry this time - who did not pick up.

I just wish I had been listened to a bit more instead of rushing to transfer my query to the first department. There is no need to raise your voice, and make a person feel like a burden when calling for help. I have worked in customer service since I was 16, I know it can be draining but it is also understanding the other person on the line and try to help them solve their issue.

At this point I am scared to call back again so not sure how I will get help but certainly won’t be calling this desk ever again.

Worse experience… they just care about your money and nothing else. Do not ever consider staying here. The worse experience I’ve ever had in my life. The staff are extremely rude I can’t even express, always being horrible and demeaning to students. You will not get treated like a professional adult but more like a criminal in the building even if you have your own business and
are a young successful adult unlike (compared to them) all the staff. The staff are all like robots especially the security talking to students and residents like it’s a nightclub. Staff act like they’re reading off a script and have no human feeling or empathy… DO NOT ever and I can’t emphasise this enough ever consider this building. Only if I could go back in time

I currently study at the University of Westminster, and I can tell you it's one of the best in the country. The facility is world class, lecturers are top-notch and the school is so easy to locate

0 stars, for the reception staff. I'm a student here and they didn't allowed my parents to visit the campus. there was one Asian man at reception who was denied entry. instead, he told them to seat outside and was laughing when we were leaving without visiting the university to my family. What a great first impression my family got of the university.
