Northumbria University - London

The food was decent and the service was attentive at the start, but halfway into our set menu we were waiting to be waited upon for long stretches. It seemed that as the numbers of customers grew the staff couldn't cope, and I had to constantly wave for some attention over an hour period. Towards the end, we had been waiting so long that we just wanted to pay and leave. It was a shame as the start of the experience was promising.

It's been really nice studying here. The staff are super friendly and helpful, enough equipment (computers, furniture, ...) to make your staying at the university comfortable; and there are some very talented and professional professors.
The downside is some mis-scheduling (the classes move to another room every session, the grouping of students changed in the middle of the semester) and also lack of open-space (garden with benches, a yard, ...) within the campus.

The web design is a completely pain, also they never pick up the phone and ever reply email! It was on my plans to do a masters in this University but with the services I was provided obviously not

They outsource your admission process to the local country office. Just imagine, how lazy and insufficient is the graduate admissions committee. Unprofessional and pathetic attitude of the university and staff. Better choose another well ranked and reputed university. Not recommended for international students.

My sister was offered admission (Msc digital marketing) in this school and had paid full tuition months prior. However, she did not receive her CAS. Several attempts were made to get this but no one responded. Few weeks to school resumption, she was told her offer had been withdrawn due to being denied in the past. Aside from finding this excuse of theirs ridiculous, there was never an indication on the site that person with previous visa denial is ineligible. We've been very distraught as this means starting all over again.

This university,my friend pay money first payment 5500 pounds in
(msc global Logistics)but he wand refund form theyer he requested to university but they don't respond yet.
Now 1month passed they didn't give his money bake.

Why this university behave like this😡

Amazing classroom with smart boards, clean toilets, friendly staff, however the campus is missing cafeteria or at least a vending machine for teas and coffees, which are much needed throughout the day.

Superb university with spacious classes with advanced studying methods👌
