I have the opportunity to attend both an open day and an interview at Ravensbourne, I found both the teachers and the student ambassadors quite informative and very helpful.

Tutors have been really nice and helpful throughout my bachelors. But it amazes me that you can complete a full course using nothing but plagiarized work. Tutors didn't act on it when pointed out.

Attended the open day on 19th November as a potential University for my sons further education. All I can say is Amazing! The staff made us feel welcome, they are all very friendly and helpful and were very informative. I cannot fault them at all. The facilities are wonderful and the courses are the best I have seen to date. This University is the number 1 choice now, just need to apply and hopefully get an offer to attend. I'd have given 6 stars if I could have.

They are accepting only the payment of transfermate because of that they are looting us. I already paid fees of amounting 8000 pounds and it was 6% more then other computator and i paid it and later they are asking for 8k more by saying tcs payment so im tired of them when i talked to customer care they say to do refund if i don't want

Studied at Ravensbourne many years ago, had a great time on the course I did. But going to this university has got me no where, and has been a huge waste of time and money.

Feel I was discriminated against for being a neurodivergent, when I wanted to go back to resume my course in 2010, where the leader of the course lied, and told me I had to do a test to comeback, to try and stop me from going back. On my one day back, the environment was made hostile towards me so I dropped out after one day.

Careers service isn’t exactly helpful for alumni of the university if your of a certain age from my experience. Feel like I’ve been discriminated against because of my age. Advice I’ve received has been automated and insincere, and one of the important questions I ask such as where can I get a portfolio review (something this university owes me) are never answered.

Did a design online boot camp course a year and a half ago to update my CV. The course was advertised on the Ravensbourne website, making it appear to be ran by Ravensbourne University. But on doing the course (which I paid nearly £3,000) I found the course was only credited for the final qualification by Ravensbourne. But it was ran by a company Skills Union was based in Singapore, with my tutor from the course based in Italy and career advisor in Singapore (not much help at all). The course did not deliver what it promised. Which was a waste of my money, thanks to Ravensbourne allowing the company to use its name, because I wouldn’t have done the course if I hadn’t have found it on the Ravensbourne website. This course has once again made me trying to start my career as a designer difficult.

I give Ravensbourne credit for refunding me half of the money I asked back from the boot camp course. But I had to email the Dean of Ravensbourne to get my complaint of the boot camp course processed, other departments like the Careers Service ignored my email. And this university has no interest how badly I was treated in 2010, which caused a long break in me wanting to become a designer.

Ravensbourne University has basically destroyed my aspirations of becoming a designer. Not something the university should be proud of.

Misinformation at open day, not overly impressed.
Attended the open day. Was most looking forward to the “individual course drop ins.” Arrived and was given a leaflet about course drop ins, and was told the next course drop in was at 3:15pm. Waited an hour only to get told it just finished. Spoke to a student ambassador and told them about waiting for the drop in session which we were told was at 3:15pm, a professor came up to us and told us that we had in fact missed it as it actually ended at 3:15pm rather than started. We showed him the leaflet given to us and explained we were told to come back at 3:15pm for our course drop in to start. His response was “I’ll take a note of it.” Sorry? First you tell us we’re in the wrong and no apology, instead a “I’ll take note of it.” Not paying £37k for 3 years at this place LOL. Look at the pic, 3:15pm. Deffo not choosing marketing here
