We had a sofa that was sagging due to the springs inside being bent. The fabric of the base was torn as well. Chelmsford and Essex Upholstery repaired it and initially we were happy. However, after a few weeks we noticed springs poking out the bottom of the sofa, and it started sagging even more. When we contacted them, they said they never fixed the springs and only repaired the fabric - so we had the impression of it not sagging while the springs were still broken.
As they never touched the springs, they refused to fix it.
Turns out we paid £300 just to have a tear repaired! Could have done that ourselves. Our sofa is completely unusable now. Wished we'd just bought a new one to start with. Don't waste your money repairing with them, they'll just do a cosmetic job without sorting the problem and won't tell you about it.

My six dining room chairs were mended and recovered in a stain resistant fabric and Philip demonstrated in the showroom how easy it was to clean. I was so excited to see them after they were re-covered, I love them, the colour of the fabric matches my theme beautifully! I am so pleased and would certainly recommend them to friends and family!
