A much loved 15 year old Balzac Armchair and ottoman was badly in need of reupholstery, (see pic of before). I contacted 4 local companies and liked the response, feel, timescale and price from Mehmet at Classic Upholstery. They collected the chair and I visited the shop to select the leather. Mehmet quoted two weeks to do the job, but in the end it was just over one week. As you can see the Balzac and Ottoman look brand new. Its is a superb job and I could not be happier. I thoroughly recommend Classic Upholstery: great workmanship, excellent service, competitive price and lovely people.

The Classic Upholstery team did a beautiful job re-covering our old sofa. They finished the work quickly (within a few weeks) and were super easy to contact / coordinate with regarding pickup & drop off. We have used them several times now (on another sofa, throw cushions and dining chairs) and have been extremely happy with the end product every time. They delivered the finished (white) sofa below and took the other sofa we were replacing to another flat without any fuss and for a very reasonable price. I would HIGHLY recommend them. 5 stars!

I dealt with Mehmet who has completed an amazing restoration of an old chair of ours. This is my first go at any restoration work and process and Mehmet was a great help. Quoting process smooth, he took control of fabric ordering for us after we selected what we wanted and then managed to complete work and get it all delivered before lockdown 2. Thanks Mehmet and we will be back in touch again.

Mehmet and team exceeded my expectations. Restored our 18 year old sofa to better than new. So plumped and comfortable and it looks fantastic. Friendly, trustworthy and very quick! They even made us cushions to match the sofa out of excess material as a surprise, added extra. Delighted. Would whole heartedly recommend.

If you want a good, quality job done, steer well clear of Mehmet and Classic Upholstery!
I took 4 bar stools to this guy 8 weeks ago.
I had nothing but trouble, poor quality and paid £1000 cash for the privilege!
I had 7 trips to his shop to attempt to get my chairs back and to be re upholstered to the quality he assured me he would do.
He never answered my emails and messages.
The owner is argumentative and impossible to reason with.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I have just got the chairs back, after several attempts to do a reasonable job!!
And with NO compensation for driving 7 times to the shop, 21 hours of my time and a lot of petrol!

Cannot recommend enough: fast, efficient, professional and amazing results. Have used for dining chairs and an old arm chair, totally brought them back to life. I will be back!

I cannot recommend Mehmet and his team enough. They recovered my Ligne Roset sofa and chair and did a beautiful job. The price was reasonable and the craftsmanship outstanding. They are lovely people to deal with too. I will be coming back again!

Great Experience with Mehmet and his team. Super fast service and always responsive. My 20+ year old leather sofa now looks like new. I couldn't be happier. Great job.
