SOFA ACCESS

Modern and new build homes can be a challenge for furniture. When I ordered a new modular L shaped sofa 3 months ago I never thought for one second that it would not go into our house. The Lounge was perfectly large enough for it but getting it to the room was the problem. When the sofa was delivered it would not fit and that is when Sofa Access were asked to resolve the problem. The service that Sofa Access offers is without doubt superb. They are basically mobile upholsterers who come to your home with a fully fitted mobile workshop, dismantle your furniture so it can be moved into place, reassemble it and all within a two hour timeframe. The work was carried out to the highest of standards, and absolutely no mess during the process or afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend this company because their unique, bespoke approach is worthy of the highest praise.

DFS Sofa delivery guy: This sofa bed won't go in and you won't even be able to get it in by someone taking it apart.

Furni-Tech team: This is no problem at all, this is actually one of the easier sofa beds to take apart!! Should be about a 45 minute job.

Absolutely brilliant service from the Furni-Tech team. They came to my house at 7am, so could do the job before I went to work, and took apart our sofa bed and moved it upstairs and rebuilt it as it was too big to get upstairs.

The sofa is now sitting upstairs and thanks to their expertise is probably built stronger than before!!

Edit: We've just had the guys come round and dismantle our arm chair for the same room (when John Lewis said it couldn't be done!), once again exemplary service and were in and out within 20 minutes!!

Sofa Access were great. We had a sofa which we could not get into the living room when we had it delivered. Sofa Access were able to sort the issue out, and were really professional, friendly, and super efficient throughout. When they fitted the sofa in, you couldn't tell that it had been dismantled and put together again. Would highly recommend.

Thanks guys- We're extremely happy with our sofa and your professionalism yesterday- thanks also for cleaning up after yourselves. It's great to now know larger items can get into our townhouse. No one would ever know anything was done to our sofa, so I'm very pleased.

Friendly helpful and turned a really negative experience from the suppliers of the sofa ( really unctuous sales service with dismissal of concern and then just not answering phones - the only good thing about that experience was putting us in touch with these guys) into a good experience of meeting sofa access- cannot recommend them highly enough- wish I knew about them from the start - would have paid for the service upfront
