Unprofessional and poor service. We bought a simple made to order curtain from this shop based on previous review however it took over a month for the curtain to be installed. The quality of the curtain is not great considering the price, and it came without being ironed. The handy man who came to fit the curtains also damaged our wall and did not seem professionally trained. I have the feeling that the shop subcontracts handy man and fabricator to other vendors hence the slow turnaround and lack of quality control. I had to chase every step along the way as the shop simply will not call you to inform the progress. I will not be going back and will not recommend this shop to anyone.

Avshar and her team were extremely patient and helpful when it came to the initial consultation of choosing fabrics and being within our budget. As any person knows, choosing fabrics for curtains is a daunting task and Avshar was knowledgable and directed us to exactly what we were thinking of. A very professional service and within three weeks we had a pair of very elegant double pleated curtains for our large bay window. Highly Reccomended.

Highly recommend this shop. They have a huge range of fabrics (inc perfect match for the fabrics used on "Loaf" sofas) and offer a very high quality of workmanship. Afshan and her team made and fitted two roman blinds and cushions for a window seat. Could not be happier with their work and attention to detail. Very reasonably priced too.

Overall I am happy with the fitting service. It took a few weeks for the blind to arrive and the guy who fits it only works one day a week. However, he did a great job fitting it and taking the initial measurements.

Slow, expensive, good quality curtains. We had them in to do a repair on the runners recently and the handyman did not make good on some minor damage to the wall or tidy up after himself which was disappointing at the price (£110) to fix the string pulls on a bay window curtain set.
