I’ve had my settees for 20 years and they are still comfortable but showing signs of age and the colour didn’t go with what we wanted to change it to. After spending weeks last year trying to find a 2 seater for another a room and having to make do with something that I know won’t last, I decided that I definitely wanted to reupholster my much loved settees. Chris same recommend and he has been brilliant. Came out within a few days with a selection of fabrics, arranged for a swatch sample to be sent so we could choose other soft furnishings etc. It took a while to get booked in which obviously shows Chris is in high demand and takes time and pride in his work. I love the result, he has replaced the foam in the seat cushions and we wanted to replace a scatter cushion back to a more formal cushion back, which he has achieved perfectly. It looks like I have 2 new settees that I know are going to last me another 20 years.

Mr Butler is a first class craftsman who will move heaven and earth to make sure he has a happy customer. It must be difficult to find his equal in this area of North Derbyshire. He has re-upholstered dining room chairs in a very professional way delivering the goods as promised on time which again is quite rare these days. He has reupholstered a lounge chair and made it look like brand knew. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a quality job done.

Nothing was ever too much trouble – he came out to show me fabrics, sent out samples and gave me a quote quickly once I’d made a decision. They then collected and dropped off the sofa when they agreed to. The result is faultless and I’m beyond happy I found them.
