I wanted to support an independent local(ish) business, however I made a big mistake. In July 2020 the ordering of 3 sofas and cushions was easy and the sales lady very pleasant. I was surprised to have to pay the entire amount in full as I placed the order, but did all the same (lesson learnt). Due to Covid, my order was delayed - understandable, but to be told 5 days before actual delivery wasn't very helpful. 1 sofa was damaged at the time of delivery, 1 sofa was not made to the design I had asked for and 1 specific colour cushion came with stark white contrasting zips - this apparently is usual with pink cushions? Eventually after speaking with the company director on several occasions, that I had to chase, I've had the zips changed and decided to live with the damage/design rather than return the sofas for fixing and we agreed compensation. I finally got the agreed amount after more telephone calls and emails and being given various excuses as to why I hadn't had it. I'm sorry to say the aftercare service from this company was the worst I've had. I have given 2 stars as the sales lady, colour and fabric was spot on.

I stumbled across All-sofas while looking for a reupholsterer in the area. I’d had a couple of items done by others in the past with mixed results and I thought I’d drop in and see them as they are local. I was impressed by both the wide choice of fabrics but also the prices from their contract suppliers. I’d anticipated paying £80 a meter for a Linwood fabric, but ended up paying just £30 for a near identical one from J Brown. Needless to say the overall cost of reupholstering my one sofa was significantly cheaper than I had originally anticipated.
The work was done to a very high standard and exactly as requested including making new ticking bags for my existing (near new but leaky) feather cushions. The job was allocated a manufacturing slot and a delivery date when I placed the order and I got a call a couple of days before confirming delivery on the planned date. The only slightly odd thing was being asked to pay in full in advance which I did. I assumed this was because I don’t have a trade account, but ultimately it’s not a problem if you get what you want delivered as promised.
Yes, I’d definitely recommend All-sofas, in fact I plan to use them again myself shortly as they offer very good value for money.

I have been working with All Sofas for about 5 years now. The products are top quality and great communication throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for commercial or home projects.

We had 3 people on site to accept delivery. But just because the driver could not be bothered to ring the door bell we now have to pay an extra £100 for another delivery. REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE.

What a wonderful company. All Sofas replaced the loose covers on my huge knole sofas. As you can imagine it wasn't a straight forward job but they rose to the occasion perfectly.
Carly and Phil are fabulous and just a small part of a great, skilled team.
I searched nationwide for a company to do the work and then found the dream-team right on my doorstep. How lucky.
