I am very pleased with the service from this company. Everything is very slick, friendly and professional. They simply send a very large bag for you to put your cushions in and then arrange a courier to collect. They phone and discuss what they are going to do and the expected timescales. They then phone when they are done and arrange a courier to redeliver. Our cushions are now better than new and are very comfortable. Ten out of Ten – thank you.

Fabulous service. They took the time to make sure the measurements were exact and the cushions arrived a week earlier than I expected! And they look great!

I cannot recommend The Cushion Refilling Company enough! They offer a thoroughly professional but personal service - emails are answered promptly and personally (no automated responses) and no dead end chatbots either! I am very pleased with the end results. Although they are not the cheapest, they are well worth the price paid. My thanks once again to Vickie, David and Sue and all the other team members.

I am so happy to share this review. Having had no experience of getting sofa cushions refilled, I was a little nervous. I am so glad I took the plunge. From the first contact, to the end product, the Cushion Refilling Company customer service was exceptional. At the point I found this company, I was about to throw out my sofa being fed up with constantly plumping duck feather filled cushions. The team talked me through the right foam product for my needs and they are exactly what I wanted. I know I will now get many more years out of my sofa and have saved myself a lot of money! I didn't realise how bad my old cushions were until I got new ones. My Loaf Boho sofa is less than 2 years old but the feather wrapped fibre cushions it came with quickly became too much hassle to plump, lost their shape and were really uncomfortable. I've attached a before and after pic...what a difference!

I was really impressed with the collection and delivery service too. It went off without a hitch. The turn around time for my cushions was quoted at 3-4 weeks but it ended up being a lot less than that. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was really lovely and helpful.

It was worth every penny to get my sofa cushions sorted and I will be recommending you to friends and family. 🙂

Simply perfect. I have an old Habitat sofa. Nothing wrong with the frame and the backs but the seat cushions were shot. They were stuffed with hollow-fibre which, when new, were nice and squishy but had now fallen apart. Called this firm, talked through the options. Eventually decided on feather stuffing. Most expensive option at more than three hundred quid but they've come back perfect. Like sitting in an old but firm and supportive old manor-house sofa. Didn't fancy foam which would be too springy. It's a great system they have. Give them rough measurement and they give you an estimate. They send you a pack to put a complete cushion and cover and the second cover (if you're getting two cushions done on a sofa), courier collects, the next day you get a call back with the full quote. About ten days later the courier delivers them back. As I say, they are perfect. So much so I'm getting an armchair done and have recommended them to a friend who was investigating replacement stuffing at the same time as me. Staff were great. Chap I spoke to was informative, courteous, took time to explain the options and the pros and cons. Looks like a cracking little firm to be honest. Pictures aren't a before and after - just one pic without cushions, one with.

Really fabulous company! The friendly staff quoted me £129 over the phone to re stuff 3 back cushions on an antique sofa which was much better than London companies so I went for it. They sent a courier to collect them at my convenience, then a day later rang to say it would actually only be £80 as they were a little smaller than I'd made out. When I'd happily agreed to pay £50 more! That is what I call an honest and trustworthy business. And they've worked wonders on the cushions too, which were couriered back to me - again when it was convenient for me. Thank you so much. Great company, great staff, great job!!!!
