Martin has made an absolutely wonderful job of reholstering my armchair - nothing was too much trouble and he went the extra mile on every decision, resulting in a unique piece of furniture x

Pretty rubbish really. Left an answerphonemessage last week and absolutely nothing ............ must be nice to be able to ignore potential customers. Just rude.
