Outstanding friendly service from start to finish. Can not express how happy I am with the finished seating area. Not only did they do a total redesign of the seating area but even travelled to where caravan is sited (2 and half hrs) away from them to deliver. You have both gone above and beyond. My experience with Flex Upholstery has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From initially contacting them, they were incredibly helpful during the process of picking the fabrics, to the point where they even had some samples delivered to my home address. After receiving the samples I decided to visit their workshop where I was greeted with friendly and helpful service. My sofa was with them for a little over two weeks and upon delivering it back to me I was blown away with the transformation. The quality of the workmanship is unmatched. The team were so helpful upon delivery and even moved another sofa for me to another room (which required the glass pane from my window to be removed, which they did for me as well! I can’t even begin to express my gratitude as I am currently heavily pregnant). I am so pleased with my newly upholstered sofa and with the incredible service I have received. It really has been a pleasure and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I will most definitely be using the team again when needed. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

Our new puppy chewed the front off our sofa. Flex Upholstery came and collected, and dropped it back off within a few days. You don't even notice the difference and the price was reasonable. Superb service! Definitely recommend

Just has flex upholstery in to do a repair on both of our sofa's. Have to say they were incredible. Really fast repair, lovely people to deal with, extremely professional and great value for money. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had an old stool that I was ready to throw away, I came across flex and thought I'd message them to see if there was anything they could do as I had nothing to lose as I was throwing it away anyway.

I wasnt 100% sure what I wanted but they were extremely helpful and sent me loads of options and fabrics they had and came up with an idea for me which I really appreciated as I'm useless at this kind of thing.

They kept me informed of the process at all times and sent me updates.
It was also done so quickly, I was expecting it to take double the time!

I'm so happy with the final product and also really happy I was able to upcycle rather than buy something new which saves so much money!
