I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Peter and his team as his work together with his trusted partners has enabled me to gain planning consent to a small residential dwelling which was by no means certain due to its location beside a canal and close to a public house. I have used the services of Landmark Planning on a number of occasions on various issues and most recently on behalf of a family member relating to a neighbouring planning application which would have adversely affected their use and enjoyment of their property.
