Poor customer Service and lies

Firstly advertisement for Discovery 3 incorrectly stated payment options, which was only found out after paying £3500 via PayPal. I was then informed that PayPal is not accepted and payment will be refunded. Then received various surly calls and messages from the seller stating it is my issue not his and requesting deposit to secure the vehicle or he would re-list it! Informed him issue is most definitely his and once the funds are returned to my account I would contact him. This was a 2 days duration by which time I received other messages asking me to inspect the vehicle and pay on collection ASAP. I offered to pay by credit card, as whilst he may have issues with 'claim back' I have no protection should he not follow through with the transaction, I am then informed no card facility available, only bank transfer! Informed the seller that I am not keen on transferring full value without seeing the car to match its status as advertised along with warranties/receipts for the list of items he stated had been carried out - FULLY RECONDITIONED ENGINE JUST FITTED! -NEW CAMBELTS FRONT AND REAR -STD NEW CRANKSHAFT -NEW BEARINGS BIG END AND MAIN -FULL RECONDITIONED CYLINDER HEADS -NEW RINGS AND SEALS -NEW GASKETS AND MORE!)

I informed him I could attend his premises on the following 25/05, once again seller stating he would re-list it and was pushing for an earlier date. Finally agreed Option 3, delivery arranged for first thing Saturday morning by the seller with his driver but required payment of a deposit £250 and £250 for delivery fee (fair agreement & optimism was high, yet short lived) Saturday morning and afternoon came and went and no delivery as agreed. I finally received an update following numerous messages and calls chasing. I then get a call at 18.56 informing me that the driver is 10mins away..from collecting the vehicle and can I give the driver £250 cash and pay the remaining £2750. Not, as we agreed as I had already paid for the delivery but a £250 saving was greatly accepted. At 22.00 it finally arrived couldn't fully inspect it but engine ran sounded good, inside was a mess with items from the previous owner (amazed by this why wouldn't you clean after the work stated in the advertisement and in the current pandemic) and still no paperwork regarding warranty and parts installed. Transferred the agreed amount, informed the seller and noted missing paperwork had not been sent, He would email me then tomorrow. So vehicle parked on the drive ready to inspect in the light of day....At 22.30 my phone notifies me with missed call and messages. The seller telling me I have not paid him in full and he required £250 straight away or the driver would be taking the vehicle off the drive or he would be driving up to me. Yet the values paid as verbally agreed which amounted to the full value of the car yet warranty/receipts are outstanding. So after frank conversation regarding the facts and the agreement that Jas would head to the office and send them straight away I transferred the additional £250. The next morning I check the vehicle it had not been washed in sometime & checking my email for the warranties had not been sent they never arrived!!! Chased on Sunday once again I am told I will do them first thing on Monday 25/5 at present I only have a receipt for the value paid above, and the engine system fault that suddenly appeared as I was driving upon using a diagnostic tool shows several faults (pictures attached) informed the seller and he is aware of the historic faults. So I left eBay feedback to which I have received a text message and the email informing me the following
"The vehicle is under warranty with us. Our document is there.
You bought a vehicle not an engine supply and fit.
The warranty is void until ebay feedback is removed anyways"

I understood that warranty is assigned to the vehicle and now the only conclusion is the advertisement is false
The only service you are likely to receive from Jaswinder Singh Arora/Exotic Imports and Service ltd is lip service!

Got in contact with Jazz from exotic imports & services who said he can source and deliver the car of my dreams! A Ford Mustang! Ever since I watched Fast & Furious when I was a kid, I have always wanted a Ford Mustang to get a a real feel of the American Muscle! Jazz explained the whole procedure to me and what would be involved to obtain my dream car! He delivered as promised my Ford Mustang GT which was in excellent condition inside and out along side taking my old car in part exchange. Would definitely recommend Jazz who went above and beyond to deliver my needs and helping me achieve my goal!

Please don’t buy car from here . First they sold Ford ranger pickup with wrong information and so many faults. I paid him separately for breakdown covers too . Very poor service . When he sold pickup He did service too but after 1000 miles needed to get service again . I tried to contact them so many times I didn’t get any response from them . Mostly he have accident and faulty vehicles. I wasted my money and time with these liars . Don’t waste your time and money here . I need to take it further if they don’t fix my vehicle. Fantastic service from start to finish
Replacement engine fitted to my Discovery, sent pictures of job being done in stages, Jaz who runs the place, a genuine nice guy, who does what he says, can’t praise there service enough. A top, top business 10 out of 10👍👍

Jazz was absolutely fantastic from start to finish with my used van sale!. I live nearly 2hours away so I called first to ask about marks ect he was extremely honest and fixed the fog lights upon sight. Totally recommend this dealership especially if your dealing with jazz you won't get a better vehicle, reasonable price or service.........win win thanks Jazz
