Absolutely first class service. I've been in the automotive trade 35 years and know what to expect, but the service from Car Transplants is way, way above "norm"

Ordered a replacement engine on the Monday via the web. Site warned that there may be a four day delay as it had to be removed from the vehicle and then a pallet delivery could be up to three days. Understand all that and happy with it. Tuesday I received an email to say the engine was now out of the vehicle. Wednesday another email to say it had been dispatched. Thursday 09.30 it was with me! Now that is what you call good service and good communications. I'm very impressed with this Company.

Slight problem with some damage, emailed James as soon as we had inspected it. Hadn't heard by the early afternoon, so called. Phone was auto answered and on hold for a minute or two then spoke to Jon, who was a little puzzled as James is normally quick to answer, then realised James was out for the day. Jon asked me to forward the email I had sent and with 15 minutes had called me back. He'd spoken to his boss and the whole thing was resolved there and then.

As I say, I've been "in the trade" and service like that is exceptional. This Company, from my experience with them, could not be doing anything any better. They have just jumped to my No.1 go to place based on this first experience. Well done guys, see, not every customer only calls to complain :)

I don’t normally post reviews but this place deserves it. If there was an option to give this place a 0 star rating I honestly would. I deal with many salvage yards and car transplants is by far the worst experience you will ever encounter. This place is run by a bunch of idiots who sell faulty and damaged parts. I have resorted to this place as a last option but never again. Half the time they say they have the part and when you pay and are chasing up after a week to say where the part is they say it’s damaged and issue you with a refund. They won’t phone or email to notify. If you receive a part from them and most likely is damaged then don’t expect to see your money back. The director of this place (Mark) is an arrogant individual who does not know how to deal with customers. He faced of with a member of my team when confronted for selling damaged goods. Then misused his position to ban me from using an auction account, for asking for a refund? It’s a cowboy operation ran by a bunch of conmen. They should definitely be closed down. I cannot emphasis how badly this place is run. Car transplants? More like heart transplants needed after dealing with this place.

I bought two new doors for my Nissan NV200 to replace ones damaged by a thief. I found Car Transplants very helpful and when I collected the doors I was pleased to find them even better than I had hoped. I will be using them again!

If your ok with dealing with arrogant people and everyone swearing behind the counter then this is the place to go. Since when did it become the norm to treat customers disrespectful and not go the extra mile to provide a decent level of service. Keep up the good work of destroying your company name.

Better off with the cowboys on eBay. Very poor customer service, sent the wrong gearbox. twice now contacted them on the online chat. Was told they were going to exchange the gearbox twice. On the second time of contacting them they gave me a collection date, asked for a confirmation email which was never received. Never turned up still have this wrong unit sitting her waiting for collect/exchange. Not good at all. Now just want a refund. Wish me luck. GC Car Hire

After 2 deliveries of wrong parts from other companies I was delighted to speak to Jon who absolutely new his VW Golf parts.Even sent me photos with measurements so that I could compare items.
Ordered and sorted in very quick time! Thank you for great service 😁

Such a let down after the great service of Stacey who helped me out online yesterday. If you go in store avoid the idiot with the terrible goatie! Such a shame that one person can ruin a potential great experience.
