Used this place for years since my daughter was a baby for buying and donating, however today when in the shop my daughter wanted the toilet. The girl who was sat playing with her phone at the till tells me "sorry, its policy". It's a 5 year old child needing the toilet and a charity can't bend policy, how very charitable, thanks.

A good range of books at reasonable prices. I've always found the staff very helpful & pleasant.
