I picked up a Mercedes E220 AMG Cabriolet and I'm over the moon with it. The guys were absolutely spot on and the boss (I think) even picked me up from the train station when I came to pick the car up which was very nice.

Lee was spot on from start to finish and the communication was great.

The only thing that was a little disappointing but nothing major was the video. I was sent a video by Lee and the car appeared to be in spot on condition (bodywork), this wasn't the case unfortunately and I discovered the day after 2 large scratch on the nearside sill and the underside front bumper.

I'd like to think the guys at Approved Used Car and Van like me simply missed them (hence why they both weren't highlighted on the video) but it certainly isn't a deal breaker but I'd most definitely have preferred to see them first.

Overall though a good experience and I'd recommend them for buying a car.

Brought a car recently from approved. Very happy with my purchase. Felt absolutely no pressure to give them the sale. From start to finish the transition was effortless. Alvin was spot in and adaptable to our needs. Test drove on the Thursday, went away to have a look elsewhere and then returned on the Saturday to reassess and knew then it was the car for us. Ball began rolling Saturday and was ready and collected Tuesday. Alvin accommodated all of this for us and we felt he went above and beyond expectations, especially during a visit we had a little tear away present and Alvin was very understanding. Brought a jaguar last year in December. After the garage "fixing it" I picked it up in February, unfortunately I was rear shunted twice Feb/April so I haven't really driven it still being in the body shop. End of may I get the car back from the body shop I drove around for a month and the engine light comes on. I take it to my garage to get a nearly 11k bill. After then engine is stripped and pretty much rebuilt. Alvin had told me not to worry about cost as the RAC will cover it. When picking the car up I had to pay £300 as the RAC wouldbt cover this. When I phoned Alvin he admitted he knew there was problems with the car but the garage refused to pay this and said I got lucky the RAC paid what they did. Avoid these cowboys they sell faulty cars and have no after sales team for any problems. Was told I would get phone calls but was foreve chasing them up.
