I brought a insignia from this garage in April 2021. I have had nothing but trouble with it since day 1. Second day i had it there was a bad oil leak. I had to take it to a local garage to be repaired as it was undriveable to go to Leicester. The dealer moaned about the price of it and it took us over a week to get the money back off him as the warranty wont cover it, it turned out the oil filter was not put on correctly by his cowboy garage. After two weeks the turbo failed on it and he tried to pass the blame on to the garage where the oil leak was repaired. So we took it to another garage for them to do the work £600 later it was repaired and we ended up paying half. Also the warranty would not cover that.

4 weeks after the turbo, the engine has failed and it needs a new engine with a price of around £2500, the price of repair is not worth the value of the car.

All we wanted was a refund for the car and the money we have had to pay on it and he is reluctant to do anything but get it repaired. We dint want the car just our money back.

Avoid at all cost!!

Been difficult finding a car due to Covid but found one that I wanted with these guys. I sent out an independent mechanic to check over the car everything was as described 24 hours my car arrived. Thank you guys wish you all the best.
