I purchased a vehicle from JR'S cars, trading in my own car. There were a few issues with the car in question and after 3 visits to the garage most apart from 2 issues were professionally resolved.
I made an error with the car and it is not really suitable for my requirements, so I rang the garage to see if they wanted to buy it back. I have had the car about 8 weeks of which 12 days were back with them. I was offered 2,000 less than I paid.

For the 3, yes three times it was in the garage for the knocking noise, you can see why the review was at it was.
I think people ought to be very careful when choosing to use your garage. Such a shame as I had excellent service the first car I bought from you.

Bought a rav 4 from JRS about a month ago and would highly recommend - very trustworthy team, and the car came with a year (!?) warranty which is pretty nuts. You won't find too many dealerships specialising in Ravs and these guys clearly know what they're doing

Got a car from here last summer when they were West Country Value Cars,had problems with the car, in the first 4 months the car spent most of the time with them, the Company was handed over to the son and became JRS Cars, I'd had enough but was refused a refund, I am now left with a useless pile of scrap metal that still has 6 months worthless warranty, i went to a dealer because I thought I would get a car I could drive and not have to do repairs myself when I got it home, I could have got cheaper junk buying privately, not happy. They did offer me another car and it was the same model, only it had a huge gouge down one side and ran almost as badly as the one I wanted. I took the car to a Diesel specialist who told me the engine was unrepairable , they did offer to let me trade in the car, but I couldn't afford to buy anything else as they had just had £4000 off me which was all I had available, £4000 for nothing feels great, to them maybe.

The most helpful and friendly car dealership I have ever known. Over and above service which is so appreciated.

Second time of using JRS and I will definitely be back again when the time comes. Excellent service, inc after sales too. Will be back for sure. Thanks to all concerned.

Fantastic place to buy a car! The sales team were friendly, informative and put me and my wife under no pressure to buy. The RAV came with a new 12 month MOT and they even put new wheels on and rear parking sensors free of charge! Faultless car and faultless experience from the team at JRS.

Fantastic buying experience from this garage. From ringing up enquiring about a Rav4 the sales team were polite and courteous and went above and beyond to help. They even delivered to my home in Wiltshire free of charge! When there was a slight issue with with the vehicle they fixed it free of charge, gave me a loan car and delivered my car back to me with no charge whatsoever. Well worth buying from this garage and they sell their cars with a 1 year guarantee all within the price!
