Peter was very professional and the service he gave was great. We were able to test drive the car through various speed limits and the purchase was made very easy including P/X. The garage itself has limited parking and the car we purchased needed a good valet having dust and crumbs all over the dash and console. Quite disappointing considering we had driven down from Newcastle to view it.

During the last few weeks we have struggled to find a car sales operation that offered real Customer Service and was prepared to put themselves out to sell a car. We were at the point of giving up and waiting until Covid restrictions were eased when luckily we found Peter Reeves website. From the first moment of our initial enquiry right through to buying an excellent used car from the, we were treated with the utmost professionalism and customer care. The car was delivered spotlessly clean and thoroughly prepared - we bought it without hesitation. We could not recommend this family run car sales operation too highly - they are excellent in every way - a real customer experience of the highest order - 10/10 Peter Reeves and team - thank you so much for all you did to supply us with a superb vehicle and treating us like valued customers!

Peter and Simon made our car buying a very pleasant experience.The vehicle was as described and ready to view at our pre- arranged appointment time. After a good look round and a test drive the sale was agreed. Simon took care of all the paperwork etc and he also sorted the transfer of my private plate onto my new car. All in all the whole transaction was very Professional, friendly and stress free and I am happy to recommend this company. Needless to say we love the new car. Tony & Debbie P.

I had seen the car I wanted to view on line, however, after previous not great experiences I was dubious to travel 100 miles with my family to view and potentially buy this car. I need not have had a doubt. Peter was the most welcoming professional I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The car was exactly as advertised, immaculately valeted, with great customer service. As a girl buying a car from a stranger I couldn't recommend Peter more.

Brought a beautiful car near a month ago. On arrival it was flawless and Mike who dealt with me throughout my purchase was helpful, informative and very friendly. I cannot recommend them enough!

Bought a BMW 2 series over a week ago and so far so good. I couldn't fault Mike who explained everything and was very patient with me on the test drive, even when i stalled it a couple of times. I would definitely recommend this car dealership and i will go back when I'm ready for a change.

Purchased a car that had faults at point of purchase.
5 months later and numerous visits back to the garage some of the faults still present and they are now advising that the vehicle is out of warranty and despite the vehicle never being properly repaired at point of purchase.

Appalling attitude - I will never purchase from Peter Reeves Car Sales again.

I bought a very expensive Lamborghini from this company, at a great price, they looked after me and went above and beyond, some people want to buy from a shinny garage, thinking they will be looked after better, I spent over £150,000 on a car, and I’ve bought a few cars like this over the years, bottom line, they looked after me and done me a great deal. I will buy from them again and recommend this company 100%.
