R U Cars is a friendly family business which I am really glad I came across on Autotrader. I bought from them in the beginning of September 2022 and the vehicle was a lovely example for its age. Ed simply handed me the keys when I got there and told me to check the car out and left me to it, no pressure sales tactics whatsoever. I took it for a test drive, and decided I wanted to carry out a third party vehicle inspection which Ed had no issues with. After paying a small deposit, the health check was carried out the next day and came back with a clean report. I picked up the car shortly after and all was well.

Unfortunately, a couple of days in, the steering rack had thrown an engine management light (common fault on a BMW). I took it back to Ed who offered to fix this and this was done promptly over the next few days. The most important thing for me was how Ed took responsibility for the issue and did not make any excuses for it, which other car dealers I have dealt with in the past have done.

I've since had the car for almost 2 months now with no issues whatsoever and I would wholeheartedly recommend R U Cars and would definitely go back to purchase another car from them in the future.

Friendly family run business, explained everything with the warranty and history of the car, no pressure to buy the car and let us test drive it on our own. Fresh MOT, 12 months warranty and delivered free of charge to my house, couldn't be happier.

Were do I Start, from start to finish Ed has been great went well out of his way to rush the vehicle through for me and even deliver it to my door step, there was no pressure throughtout the whole process. I can not knock the guy or his business. Yes there was a few teething issues with the vehicle but Ed was on it due to the distance he told me to take it to the garage and he footed the bill no questions asked. One of the best and interesting buying experiences I have had, and I have bought some cars over the years Thanks Again Ed and wish you the best of luck in the future.

If you want a decent car without worrying about being ripped off this is where to buy your car. Ed and his wife were lovely from the first phone call to when I left with a very nice bmw.
