I went to Auto Choice with a particularly car in mind then changed my mind when I arrived. This was no issue for Rob and he let me test drive the car I had now decided I wanted despite getting the other one ready. He explained finance to me and reserving the car was a quick, easy and straightforward process. Rob was friendly and patient (despite my indecisiveness) and was not too pushy which usually puts me off. He was easy to reach and everything went through perfectly. When I went to pick up the car a few days later, Rob was again helpful, the car was ready to go and the rest of the process was very quick. I would definitely recommend to others

Bought a Nissan qashqai back in April from them . I was happy with my purchase and Rob was really helpful plus the price was really good, however the ac of the car was not working (still not working)and there was a small crack on the sunroof.
I tried to contact them regarding the A/C 3 times via the online chat and 1 via phone and got told that someone will call me back but never happened,it seems a really busy dealership and maybe that’s why.
Despite the bad communication in my case for sure I would buy a car again from them as they sell reliable cars at really good prices.

Absolutely top notch service from the word go! No pushy salespeople only helpful patient advice. My lovely car was delivered within days of the test drive and was absolutely spotless! The heater was unfortunately not working and it was picked up from my workplace, repaired and delivered back to me within hours! No inconvenience to me at all. Rob has been an absolute star throughout with great communication and a friendly manner.

Had an amazing experience! Chad had dealt with my deal. Very professional & helpful. Kept in regular contact to ensure i was always up to date in regards to what stage in the process my deal was in. Gave me a really good PX value for my vehicle which i was very happy with, definitely met & exceeded my expectations. Bought a lovely Mini from Autochoice. From viewing the vehicle on the Sunday to picking up on the Thursday I dealt with Charlie from start to finish. Car is in stunning condition and exactly as described. Charlie wasn't pushy and kept in good contact throughout the whole process. Extremely happy - thank you Charlie!

Chris was great, good customer service skills, very patient as it took longer to get our deal done than normal due to an issue with my previous vehicle, Chris wasn’t pushy or trying to get the car out faster than we were able to unlike other Main Street dealers who just look for a sale. When it came to getting the car Chris was open and honest and found an issue which delayed getting the car by 1 day. However, he got the repair done the same day and delivered it to me the next.

Would highly recommend these guys, lifetime warranty, 3 years breakdown cover all added into the finance. When I received the car it was exactly as Chris said as I didn’t make the trip to view it before buying, top quality all round.
